Placed an advanced order for delivery at 6pm. Didn’t receive the order. Delivery driver claimed she was outside. My husband didn’t see her outside. When I reached out to the store I was hung up on multiple times. Went to the store when I was unable to resolve the problem. The manager Chloe did her best to be helpful. I asked for a refund after we were unable to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Returned home to find my order had been delivered to my next door neighbor. I returned the food to the store since I had already been given a refund. I will not be giving domino’s any more of my business. I felt that the people under Chloe were unprofessional and rude. They weren’t interested in helping me resolve the problem. Maybe they got a good laugh out of it I don’t know. I know loosing me as a customer may not be important to them as I am just one person. But hopefully they won’t treat someone else as rudely as they treated me.

This is literally the worst Dominos in the entire company. Food arrives late, overcooked, and incorrect constantly. Our pizza tonight had so much grease in the box it was literally splashing around (and arrived 40 minutes late).

No point in pre ordering. If they get busy your order will get bumped. Our order delivered 30 minutes late. Kids didn’t start eating till 6:40. Super lame. Management was no help. Only reason why it’s 2 stars is food was warm still.

I’ve been completely to this Domino’s for a long time and it seems like 80% of the time my order is wrong and what’s crazy also is I give a tip just to find out my order is wrong or is not totally complete.

The worst of worst service ever. My thin crust was burned to a crisp. The pizza should never have been boxed. I started home and immediately turned around to take it back to complain. Apparently, Dominoes new policy which I wasn’t aware of (since the pizza was handed to me away from the counter by a worker) states the order has to be checked before walking out the door. Need I also say I waited in my car for 5 minutes waiting for my Curbside order to be brought to me, which didn’t happen. I paid $12.21 but it will be the last time they get a dime from me. I told the manager to keep the order and left it on the counter because it wasn’t fit to eat. My dog probably wouldn’t have eaten it. Shame on Domino’s Pizza. However, as I have read reviews today and noticed that there are lots of complaints about this restaurant. How are they still in business?

Worst dominos I have ever been to, I ordered online. Said the pizza will be here in 30-45 mins . 45 mins later I checked the tracker and it says they were prepping the order. I called the store and they told me they just put the pizza in the oven. 1 hour later they put the pizza in the oven? We got the manager on the phone. Refused to give any courtesy discounts for the inconvenience and instead cancelled our order. Horrible service. They should really update the app if it’s going to take over an hour and half to cook a pizza. Being sick and having hungry children, you have made my experience 10x worse. I have been in management for fast food and you always should make it right! Not just cancel the order and have an attitude.

Tried to place order on app for delivery and then decided to try and switch to carryout … Needless to say got outsourced (?) Twice. First time, followed prompts, the lady sent me to the direct store, rang until the dial tone. Second time, a different lady got to help me, I’m not sure what happened but I wanted the bread bites and two pizza deal for $19.99. Without the coupon it was like 49 dollars (for carryout?) And then I was like on the website it shows the coupon above? She went to check the deals was like theres a 20 %, told her I’m sorry for wasting her time but I would like to cancel my order. Responded with that she found the deal that I mentioned, still rang my total in as like 43 dollars…? How does a 19.99 coupon ring up as $43? Anyways, guess the universe said no pizza. Next time I’ll start somewhere more promising as this whole 25 minute fiasco was unappetizing.
