This is the closest Zaxby’s to my house and my kids love chicken fingers so I wind up driving through here at least once a month. It is consistently mid, usually the order comes out wrong and staff seem like they are all going through the motions.

I was at this location last week and received the wrong salad but I wasn’t upset because it was still good. I ordered it via the app and was at the Friendship Rd location tonight and the app doesn’t update by location like Chick-fil-A and all of the other apps. Clearly it was my fault that I ordered from the wrong location but after realizing it I immediately called and they refused to refund my money. Now I’m out the cost of the meal and had no dinner. I called back at 9:30 PM to see if a manager could refund money and they put me on hold until the store closes so I got to speak to no one. I’ll be contacting the corporate office tomorrow! Very unprofessional and this was one of my favorite locations.

Went through the drive through with my family not only did the person taking the order act all high and mighty she repeated the order and I told her what she had to change and she is like yeah yeah I got it. I went back and the other person who was there was super nice and very apologetic and informed me the very rude person is a manager. A MANAGER with that attitude! I always go to this location because it is my favorite but after dealing with her you can assure Imma make sure I go when she isn’t there. Then we checked our food we legit had food missing and she messed up the drinks and the whole meal. She needs to be knocked down a couple of pegs and learn how to address people before speaking. I was also a manager at a fast food restaurant but you would never ever catch me talking to people like that. And my next call is to their main manager because she was so rude. And according to the employees working that shift that wasn’t the first complain on her that day! THAT DAY!! They say they get 3-4 complaints on her daily

I’m never one to leave a review but this is ridiculous. Every single time I come to this location I have an issue. Every time. My buffalo tenders are never fully tossed in the sauce and I always substitute my ranch for blue cheese and they always forget. I always have to park my car after leaving the drive thru and go in to have them swapped. I also get an extra buffalo sauce to dip my tenders in because those are never properly coated.

I went through the drive thru and the attitude that we got was dry and quiet. He barely let us order without cutting us off with his next question. One associate was dressed very inappropriately with a crop top hoodie over her shirt. Another male associate started speaking of private matters with the drive thru window open. The lady that handed the food out the window barely handed us the food before she was shutting the window. She barely muttered a “You’re welcome” as well. This is customer service and we should act as such.

Well to start with I spent 15 minutes in drive thru line which was wrapped around the building. Then the incompetent person taking your order asked if I could hold my order for a minute. Well upon taking my order the person you know the one I mentioned earlier has me repeat my order four times. Well the circus clowns working at this circus asked if I could pull over to the curve an they would bring my food out. Well ten minutes later after seeing multiple cars leave the drive thru. I decided that maybe I should check on my order sure as God made green apples they had no clue about my order but the one thing they did right was to take my money and they gave me a receipt so I wait while they prepare my order asked if they would give me a few chicken figures as a nice gesture for the 45 minutes I had spent waiting and all I got was we can’t do that of course not you cant do anything but you can do this close the circus doors and go home you clowns what a joke.

I always go through here to get food before work. I couldn’t hear the lady on the speaker and asked what the replacements were since they were out of fries. Her immediate response was, “I just told you!” Hey if you can’t hear me sometimes then take a second to think that maybe she couldn’t hear me too. Very unprofessional and rude. Her mean girl mentality is going to get her in trouble. Oh and by the way my order was wrong, go figure!!!

I have been there multiple times and the food seems like it’s been sitting in the back for long period of time. I get the 4 piece chicken finger plate and the Coleslaw is not put in a container it’s literally throw it in there. It was just gross not like other zaxbys
