It has been a long time since I’ve been at a Taco Bell that served fresh food. This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to since I was a kid. The atmosphere is pleasant the workers were very friendly on professional. Will definitely return and highly recommend Thai Taco Bell to anyone.

This location will mess up your order 10 out of 10 times. The least busy fast food drive thru in the area at lunch and still EVERY TIME mess up my order. I work less then a mile away I go 2-3 times a week as do most of my coworkers and it’s always the wrong items. I really appreciate how they pay attention and give a 5 year old volcano strips on her burrito that made the night great. Fire your drive thru crew if they can’t take an order in English in an area with predominantly English speakers.

When I come to Gainesville, Ga I always make it a plan to stop here. Always very nice and friendly. Clean as well. The food was prepared exactly how we ordered. But most of all, this Taco Bell is the only one that surprised us. The first time and only we actually had meat. Others barely put any. Thank you guys and really appreciate the service.

Mrs. Serena is one of the nicest people me and my wife have ever met. We specifically go to this location because we know everything is always going to be perfect. The food is always given in a speedy fashion and always hot and just the way we ask. She honestly deserves a raise because of her dedication to the franchise and how honest, polite, and genuine she is as a person. A+ to her and all the staff at this location. We also had the privilage of meeting her son who was there. Wonderful young man which shows the character of his mom.

I stopped at 8:40 am on Tuesday May 9th for a breakfast order, they open at 7. As I drove around to the drive through I saw people in the dining room. I waited at the speaker for 2 minutes and no one took my order. I pulled up to the window and honked, but no one came to the window. I gave up and left. There were two cars behind me and they didn’t wait as long as I did, I saw them pull out behind me a few seconds later. If for some reason the store wasn’t operational, they should put a sign on the doors and the speaker so people know. The last time I had to wait I called the store to be sure they were open and told them I’d been waiting to order. I ended up stopping at QT and got a breakfast burrito that was very good. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I don’t recommend that anyone else stops here, either.

Waited for quite some time in the drive through even though there was only 1 other car in line. Ordered 2 chicken chalupas, no tomatoes, was asked if I wanted beef or chicken. After getting the food, it still had tomatoes on it, had to get back in line and wait twice as long, then they only gave me one replacement, and had to get someone’s attention to ask for my second one. By the time I was able to get to eat my crunchy taco, it was no longer crunchy and stuck to the paper. This location needs work.

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I went thru the drive thru and first at 9pm, the menu was not illuminated. The African American cashier stated that they were only taking cash. I said ok. She said go ahead with you order. I asked her could they turn the lights on, on the menu and they started laughing as if it was a laughing matter…this is a place of business. She then stated that we are only taking cash and then said “one moment. We’re having technical difficulties “…she then said ” go ahead with your order”. As I preceded to order. She interrupted me again and stated they were only taking cash…I told her “I’m aware, you’ve just told me that three times” She yelled and said” NO NEED FOR AN ATTITUDE”. I told her “there was no reason to keep repeating what you’ve already said and you should be paying attention to your customer..Another African American woman chimed in and said ” we have a lot going on in here”. I politely stated that I would call corporate. She stated that she was the manager. I pulled out of line and the little African American girl yelled out of the drive thru window “CALL THEM” I am an African American woman and this type behavior irks me to my soul. This is why African American women are constantly portrayed as having nasty attitudes and lack good customer service. Do better! This store is a franchise so there’s no corporate involved…I’m sure you made yourself proud by the ignorance and unprofessionalism you two portrayed this evening. Great job!
