We just had a wow experience at the burger king on Plainfield! The customer service was outstanding above and beyond, we noticed an item was missing from out order and they immediately owned it said sorry and gave it to us no problmes! Ps the food was fresh and yummy!

Service is always excellent but the quality of food is very poor. Ordered a whopper meal, took 2 bites and had to throw it away because it immediately made me feel sick to my stomach. All the toppings were bunched and thrown on and spread all over the wrapper.

They do is good of a job is any other Burger King. The only problem is is when you go through the drive-thru it usually takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to get you through. Sometimes it’s even longer. It’s the slowest one I’ve ever been to but it’s in a convenient location so I still go sometimes.

Forgot items on drive thru marked a whopper as only mayo tomato and cheese burger was fully loaded with toppings. When we went back thru they took the burger back through the drive through window, an it makes me question where the safe serve certified manager was to explain why that is disgusting! Probably will never be back

The oil needs to be changed and the fryer can be cleaned. The onion rings look DISGUSTING. They are all dark and burnt. I understand being understaffed, but, right now I’m sitting in the restaurant, they’re not busy, and just chatting instead of cleaning up their business. Can’t figure out how to add photos but that’s good news for this place

Stopped in for a drink. Manager had to admonish employee to take my order. Bad. The soda machine is a wonder of variety but take a few seconds to react to my touch. And be sure to fill your cup before removing it from the machine ‘cause it won’t let you put it back in for a top off. Keeps cheapskates like me from gulping a bit and then topping up, I guess.

Refused to give me my mobile order because on sunday they supposedly don’t serve lunch until 11. The app says 1030 and allowed me to order at 1030. So much for have it your way. Apparently the workers get to make up company policy and refuse to serve customers. Had to figure out how to get a refund on the app, which they also refused to help me with. Overall a horrible experience.

Place a mobile order for two large fries. It took about 20 minutes to get through the one car ahead of us but then they couldn’t figure out our order and thought it was supposed to be delivery when it was a clear drive-through pickup order. There’s no reason it should have taken 20 minutes to get two large fries.

Incredibly lazy employees. Let’s you order various things on the app, only for them to not be available when I get there to get the pick it up, and they took the liberty of replacing it with some random thing I never asked for. Don’t advertise burgers for breakfast if you aren’t going to actually sell them. And somehow all shifts share a similar level of lazy, the orders are almost guaranteed to have something wrong with them.
