Worst Del Taco location: the manager is busy texting, so that’s why she can’t take your order, and she doesn’t care that you have been waiting for 30 minutes, so don’t bother to disturb her with your orders because she simply doesn’t care. NEVER COMING BACK!

Make sure you get your receipts. My order was 13.38 they charged me 17.49, when I called her out on it I realized she had put discounts on my check that don’t apply to me. This is a big red flag for theft. Who knows how many people she is taking from. Or how much she has taken from the company.

Ordered a few items for the kids, got my self a breakfast toasted wrap with steak. Ate it, no steak in it. Called them and they knew exactly what order it was and offered to replace it and give me a drink for the inconvenience. Drive off, got on the fwy, began to eat the replacement, which was burnt, possibly on purpose and ALSO did not have steak, yet again! Don’t know how difficult it is but man. Last time I come to this location.

Lady at the window had a stank attitude and didn’t listen to the order. I don’t know who she is or what her name is, but the one with a tattoo on her ear. I understand we all got things going on, she might have had a bad customer experience before us, but she just had an attitude for no reason and it’s unacceptable. Not expecting her or anyone to be smiling 24/7 & kissing up but you can’t even follow directions? Pick a struggle. If you let other people ruin your day like that then maybe customer service isn’t for you.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the minimal staff to get my order wrong. The female manager got so upset when I knocked on the window because the staff had disappeared after I placed my order and they never gave me my receipt, and cup of water. I wound up getting a stink face from the young woman (who was wearing a ‘Good Grief’ sweater). Then she had the gall to tell me not to bang on her window. When I was the only car in the drive-thru and no one was present when I was asking for my receipt, and was blatantly ignored. She really has a rank attitude, to be working graveyard…Seems like just a bunch of good kids taking advantage and acting stupid. All I could hear in the kitchen was yelling. Only to make up excuses, when I questioned them. They even gave me the cup of water without a lid. Needless to say, it spilt all over my center console. That’s not the point though. No one has time for childish games, especially during the graveyard shift. It’s not the point that I was overcharged either; it’s called ‘mutual respect’! These kids can do SO MUCH better! I will go to the other nearby locations. They know how to manage making a quesadilla. Also, this location does a lousy job at cleaning. Could taste chicken in my bean and cheese burrito. Beware, if you are allergic to cross-contamination. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Tacos only had one piece of tomato hardly any cheese, nasty lettuce. These were definitely not the del tacos that we paid for. They were pretty sad saggy tacos! Also the chicken quesadilla had NO chicken at all. I even ordered extra sauce in it and they put it on the side no sauce at all inside of it it was absolutely sad.

It’s good, I love the chicken soft tacos and the half pound bean burritos. I wish they were a little faster but the service is always good and they are sometimes stingy on the amount of food they give you, especially the taco meat which sucks.

Service at drive through terrible. Came to window and person never looked at me and just walked away. No one at window for over 5 min. Saw another employee and called over to them to help me. Guess the soda machine was broken and they went to fix but never told me. Took over 10 min all together.
