I had my food delivered. The sandwich is smaller and thinner. The bread was small. My cookie was as hard as a rock! I’m a regular customer and I won’t order here again. Classic business move; make the food smaller and charge more money. I’m still hungry.

We in the Oswego location around 1:45 pm on Super Bowl Sunday.. I honestly didn’t think about how busy they may have been till after the fact. The staff still greeted us and acknowledged we were there. There were tons of people waiting for orders which I can only assume were from online or prearranged. Some people seemed pretty rude to the staff but the stayed on task and continued to work with a sense of urgency. I just wanted to compliment them on the job that they did under those circumstances!

I really love jersey Mike’s but this was just horrendous.. I thought the meat was just cooked hard when I get biting into harder pieces of what I thought was meat. It wasn’t until I bit into a large piece and hurt my tooth that I realized it wasn’t meat. Found several pieces of what appears to be bone in our big khuana bowls. Store was extremely kind and refunded our money, but that meat needs to be inspected and tossed. We couldn’t finish our meal and threw away the food after I hurt my tooth on the large piece pictured below. Again, I love jersey Mike’s and the customer service in handling this issue was flawless. However, we most likely will never be back, due to the injury incurred by the unidentifiable material we found in our bowls. (Store claimed it was impossible for it to be bone.)

How do you guys allow a sandwich that has been sitting for over an hour to be picked up? Remake the sandwich if there is a delay. I ordered from this establishment off Uber Eats. When the sandwich arrived, it was very cold and dry. I understand Uber sometimes has inconveniences with their delivery drivers but when my order was finally picked up, it was the same sandwich. I looked at the receipt and it shows the sandwich was made an hour ago. Why not discard the old sandwich instead of having it wait on the shelf for the delivery driver to pick it up?

The 1 star is purely because I liked my sandwich. Your employee Oliva was extremely rude and was clearly inconvenienced by my boyfriend and I coming to grab food 30mins before closing. If you’re going to allow people to walk in until 9pm (a.k.a your store’s closing time) then it shouldn’t be customers are experiencing unnecessary attitudes. DONT WORK IN FOOD SERVICE IF YOU CLEARLY DONT LIKE WORKING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ♀️

I go 1-3 times a week because of how great of a job they do at this location. The prices are fair, the people are fantastic, and the food is delicious. I originally was not very pleased with this location, but once Ryan took over I stopped going to their competition all together. He, and the rest of the team there, have improved the quality of the entire experience so much that they have solidified a permanent consumer with me.
