I was sorely disappointed in the appearance, service, courtesy, and attentiveness of the employees. There was a particular stench that hung in the air like old dirty laundry inside the restaurant and the cleanliness of the joint left a lot to be desired as well. I normally don’t post negative comments about anyone or anything; however, I feel this was warranted and needs to be addressed. I would steer clear of this franchise location until they spiff things up a bit and give a pep talk to the crew.

Stood in the lobby with no one greeting, or trying to help me. Everybody was standing there, gossiping. they had no orders, and it seemed as though all they cared about was the drama of the restaurant. The two guys in the kitchen kept looking at me but didn’t say anything and the two girls, one of which I’m sure was the manager, had their backs to the lobby leaning and gossiping.

I visited this McDonald’s yesterday at 9:00 pm and ordered two #7s. After paying for my order, they pulled our car and we had to wait for over 20 minutes before the night cook in his car realized there was a line behind him. He ran over to our window and apologized, which was fine because we thought he just forgot what time it was, but it took another 10 minutes for the wrong order to be delivered to us with an unexpected taste of marijuana in the food, which not only means the cook was rolling in his car during break, but he also did not wash his hands before making everyone’s food. Sometimes afternoon and evening shifts get mad if you want to modify your order and take their anger out on you by putting over 2 tablespoons of onion on the modified burger when you just wanted mayonnaise instead of ketchup and mustard. But morning shift is always really nice and I’ve never had a problem with them.

I ordered on the app and gave time for them to make it before I went up there but it doesn’t matter. They still have you pull all the way up so their times are good but you end up waiting 15-30 minutes on food.

You never fail to make sure the food is cooked all the way. Ordered a Double fish sandwich, and to my surprise it wasn’t done all the way. Still had a cold spot in it, and now im sick as hell. Got sick instantly. Poor poor job of not check to make sure you check the food before you serve it to people

I know all service depends on time of the day && MAINLY who is working. I understand rush hour can be overwhelming. Esp if understaffed. But they shouldn’t send out food they know that there’s even a possibility it’ll be sent back in if noticed! Esp considering how much $$ people spend here. && I also understand this is a lot of teens first job.

Ordered delivery through the app. Food arrived, and was missing 2 sandwiches. I called McDonalds, and they said call Door Dash. I didn’t order through Door dash, I ordered through the McDonald’s app. I shouldn’t have to fix the problem that McDonalds screwed up. Very Poor Customer Service!

We ordered coke and diet coke and mom can’t drink reg coke she asks which one was diet and reg and they said they didn’t know. They didn’t mark them and also was never concerned after mom said she can’t drink the regular cause her sugar.
