I would love to know, why after you order and drive up to the window, then pay for your order, the burger king cashier always ask you too back up from the window,I think, it’s so that their time for pushing out orders don’t go over the expected time frame. But maybe they need to just work on their timing!

This is a “Classic Melt” from Burger King. This is neither classic nor a melt. I usually post great reviews about great places to eat. This needs to be reviewed. Cold pre-cooked patties with old melted cheese, out on uncooked bread, and cold carmelized onions. This is my last order from Burger King. Dethroned.

I got order and ham and cheese croissant meal and the cheese was not melted and the sandwich was freezing cold!!! I will not ever be coming back here! They are so ready to get you out of the line with that they don’t care about the quality of the food. Save your time and go somewhere else for a meal!

This was a horrible experience. The person that took my order was very uninterested in being at work because she was getting aggravated while I was ordering asking if there was anything else after every.single.thing that I ordered. I came to the Drive through Friday September 16, 2022@8:54 pm and received the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. First of all no one on the intercom acknowledge me until I blew my horn. Then I was told not to drive up because of the timer. I told her I came to get food her timer has absolutely nothing to do with me. That’s when she became belligerent stating that it has everything to with me. Then she had the nerve to ask me if that was me blowing my horn. Did she think it wasn’t. I’m not sure what your fraternizing policy is but, she was leaning out the window smiling all up in a customers face as if she wasn’t on her so call Job. It’s apparent to me that she has zero Customer Service Skills. Her appearance was less than acceptable. Let’s start with her facial piercings they were quite scary looking . she had at least 10 in her face. Is that in your policy that she can wear that? Her uniform didn’t look clean and appeared wrinkle. I asked to speak to a Manager and She screamed as ghetto as she could. The Manager came to the Window looking confused and she over talked him. It appears she runs the show. I may not be a daily customer neither will I ever be at this location. In my OPINION… each customer that chooses Burger King deserves to be treated with dignity and Respect because we do have a choice you know. ALL CUSTOMERS MATTER. My experience was horrible and I will share this with my 5,000 Facebook followers and every person I talk to near and far and TRUST I talk a lot. Here’s some advice to live by this is Burger King and I can have it my way.

This Burger King is so horrible. I’ve been here before. I thought they were just having a bad day the last time. Decided to use a coupon today. Huge mistake. Never again. 1st they stop you half way in the drive through im assuming it’s to stop and trick their wait time clock. Ok so got my food and there lies the problem. Fries were undercooked and cold. Just nasty. So I pull around and go in. There was 1 other person inside and no line in the drive thru. So they were not busy. They see me coming with disgusting fries. They make me wait to speak to me while they stand at the register chatting. Then comes the eye rolls and lip smacking and attitude. As I wait for fresh fries lots of eye rolls and giggles among each other. They get dropped no salt added. Salt dispenser on top of fry area but im told “you have to add your own salt” with another giggle. OK whatever. Keep in mind they were not busy. I get to my car and get my Burger. Tomatoes pickles lettuce all stacked on top of each other in 1 spot on this extremely dry now cold Burger. Look Burger King persons If you don’t like your job or dealing with consumers then you should work somewhere else. I feel so sad that these young people who don’t take their jobs seriously. Even if it is just Burger King you should try to do the best job possible. Customer service and being pleasant is part of your job. You need better training and leadership. When a customer isn’t satisfied with their food you should first apologize and at least attempt to make it right with a smile. We have chosen to spend our hard earned money in your establishment. We should get better service and the classic delicious flame broil juicy Burger that you use to produce. You want us to leave happy. But I guess now I understand why McDonald’s right up the street is packed and your store is empty on a check day at lunch time. Poor extremely poor service. Do better within your community. Just plain sad.

Ghetto fabulous! Cashier came onto the speaker and said” go head”. I’m like, excuse me How are you? She said it again and I drove right off. I understand why the line is never long. Home training before anything. And cashiers is the most important part of the business. They see and talk to the customers when no one in the store does. Never going back there. Go head✌️
