Ordered delivery from this location for the first time tonight. The pizza and the employees were great! We placed our order at 11PM and then noticed after waiting an hour it still said “prep” on the tracker. After reading the reviews I was very worried our pizza wouldnt arrive or that it would arrive cold. We called the store around 12:10PM and despite technically being closed the employees answered the phone quickly and courteously. They informed me it that it would arrive in about 20 minutes and they apologized for the wait stating they only have 1 driver. They also assured me, without me mentioning anything about it, that our food would not arrive cold. They said it was stuck on prep as they were not planning to bake it until they knew it was close to time for the driver to deliver it to us. It sounds like this crew is aware of their shortcomings and have used all the advice given from customers to better their operations and make the best of their current situation, for that I give them 5 stars! 🙂

Our pizza order, maybe 2 miles away, was never delivered. The store never answered their phone after multiple attempts so now I’m out $40. Even though I have an online receipt, their “tracker” says it was delivered-1/2 an hour late. The managers name is Ty, but since no one will answer the phone, I can’t speak to him either. SHAMEFUL. Liars AND thieves. So, so disappointing. We will never order pizza from you again.

The food here gave me horrible food poisoning. I ordered wings, bread and lava cakes from this place around midnight last Friday, an hour before they closed. They apparently forgot something because I watched as they went back and forth on the map tracker between someone else’s order and back to the store before they got it to me. By then it had been nearly an hour. I live close by.

Domino’s has really stepped up their game. They’re hand-tossed crust with garlic seasoning is great. Right now I’m hooked on their BBQ chicken pizza I get one a week usually if not more. In the cheesy bread is really good would be a lot better if they let you add pepperoni to it. I always go to the one on Central the people there are super nice in the food is always fresh and hot

Scheduled an order and they just never delivered. Got my money back but they were rude on the phone and just cancelled our order. Honestly had to ask who their biggest competitor in the area was so I could give them the business. Absolute trash customer service.

I was in the drive-thru (pickup window) because lobby is closed for walk-ins/pickups at night. I was behind a car for over 25 minutes. The Dominos pickup window agent didn’t ask the car in front of me at the pickup window to pull forward so that the car behind her (me) could come to the window to pick my pizza up. Instead, I was forced to wait behind that car for over 25 minutes. My pizza was delivered COLD and soggy since it had been ready for over 40 minutes. Please train your employees to ask customers to either pull forward or go around when their order is not ready, and have them check the drive-thru line regularly. I tried calling the store to tell them I was there but they did nothing. Very disappointing and frustrating. Waste of time and money. I threw away the pizza. Won’t be recommending this location.

It is at a very convenient location being right at one of the redline rapid transit stops but they always have my pizza’s and snacks hot and my drinks frothy cold!! More than anything for me is customer service and they never fail me!! They have the best attitudes no matter what time of day or night it is or who im speaking with they are all so friendly and helpful!!

I used to work in this industry. I understand perspectives from both employee and consumer. We had a group come into town for a competition. They bent over backwards to accommodate and serve. The level of customer service does come from the top here. I was given phenomenal service by someone “new.” The same exemplary service came from the GM Brittney Cummins. The delivery was done with a smile and they extra effort to make those receiving overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for making an impression. Thank you for going above and beyond. Thank you Ms. Cummins and the “new guy” (sorry I am terrible with names!).
