Do not go to this location. I was here this morning and the group working didn’t even know how to do basic tasks like reloading a gift card or the app and then taking your payment from the aforementioned gift card or app so you can get points. They also never remember to give you a receipt. You shouldn’t have to ask for one. This isn’t the first time this has happened. On top of all that, they mixed up 3 or 4 people’s orders today. I’ve given this location many chances, but this was the last chance. Go to the location at Commerce and Union Lake. The service is much better and faster!

RUDE!!! Honestly if the employees don’t want to work just quit ..the customer is paying for your check it’s not much to ask for my order to be right,not even asking for good customer service ‍♀️I just recently moved here and I would’ve loved to be a regular customer but the two employees who work in the afternoon are extremely rude and the Indian guy just comes up with his own pricing and always tries to be slick and charge us extra fees for things like whip cream that already come on a beverage or other things ‍♀️ they have never gotten my order right the service is slow and they seem to hate their lives working there. Please hire people that make your store a better atmosphere for people to want to come in. Otherwise this place shouldn’t even be open. There’s a reason this location seems to be dead, because your employees are everything they are the face of your store. HIRE NICE PEOPLE NOT JUST WORKERS WHO GO THERE TO MAKE MONEY AND LEAVE ,also they never EVER ANSWER THE PHONE ,I just drive the extra 7 min and go to Starbucks

I’ve lived in the area here for a couple years and one thing has always been consistent, this place is HORRIBLE. they know you need coffee so they will treat you as terribly as they can. The manager is BEYOND narcissistic, as he OPENLY treats his workers just as bad as his customers. At this point its like a game to see how bad they can serve the public; (whether its drinks or food) they don’t care at all. Like AT ALL. This place is walking distance and I drive 10mins to get my coffee because this place is the worst dunkin location I’ve ever been to and continues to somehow get worse. This coffee everytime here is undrinkable. Please do not go here, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

live across the street. have been in many many times in the past year and a half. not one single time has my order been correct or quality. workers are beyond rude. constantly waiting for my order when there’s no one else being serviced. place an online order and when you show up 20 minutes later, it’s never made and they then ask for my order so they can begin making it. i just can’t understand why employees (especially management) would dish out attitude to paying customers, just for walking into the establishment. do better. and put a trash can by your front door so your customers stop littering my front yard. thanks.

I came in through the drive-thru I used a coupon for a free coffee with a purchase of. When I pulled out the coupon the drive-thru lady gave me a dirty look and was extremely rude. She then handed me my coffee and shut the drive-thru window and walked away, I myself was in a little bit of a rush and my hashbrown slipped my mind after the lady walked away from the window. I figured I was good to go. After driving off and realizing all I had was my coffee, I tried to call the store. Not only did I have to call twice but when the phone was answered the same lady was extremely rude. The manager got on the phone and tried to justify for her being rude also refuse to give me the names of him and her so I could file a report. This location should honestly just be Shut down. I continue to try to give this location chances after chances because it’s right down the street from my house. But everytime I go the workers there are Beyond rude and unprofessional

The manager is extremely rude. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. Thru the app. I come into the store 15 mins after ordering and its not ready, after waiting an additional 10 mins for a plain bagel toasted with the cream cheese on the side to be made… ridiculous… and the manager had the nerve to tell me, my dog who is a registered ESA dog is not allowed in the store. I live down the rd and will not ever be returning. Its against the law to not allow a service animal in the building fyi.
