Ordered 3 things. 2 pizzas and 1 garlic butter sauce (pay extra for this sauce). Driver delivered the pizzas, not the sauce. Ran out to catch the driver, he didn’t have it. Sat on phone for 5 minutes (store answered, didn’t talk, then hung up on me). Called again, talked to the call center who was going to transfer me to the store, hung up on me again. That was another 10 minute call/wait time. Not spending any more of my time trying to get the sauce that I ordered and paid for. SUPER frustrating.

I live a bit over 1 mile away. I’ve only had one issue in the past when (I assume) they had a hard time keeping delivery drivers. It was almost an hour wait, and food was lukewarm, at best. They immediately rectified the situation while being very apologetic. Lately, the experience with delivery has been great! My food is always hot, and the drivers are prompt and friendly.

Tyler has been very professional. To name a few things, he kept his cool while he helped the new person @ the register while they were extremely busy & got right back to what he was doing, & handled it very well when I showed up before opening. It was past 10am, the open sign was on, & the time sheet on the window said 10am. Neither 1 of us made a big deal about it but I really like how he handled it. Before these couple visits I hadn’t been a customer for a while because of the over-the-phone issues. As long as there people like him & the lady that took care of me & my daughter are working there, I have no problem coming back & ordering in person.

We made our order for delivery over an hour and a half ago. I tried calling 3 times and they don’t answer the phones, our food finally arrived after an hour and 45 minutes. It was cold, never ordering from here again.

Besides the face that my order was $45 and im 1 mile away, it was cold when it got to my house. I get it delivery and it wont be hot, but i had to heat it in the oven literally right when i tasted it since it was cold. my 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings were not even warm since they sat in the “check” sections or whatever its called. It was terrible. When its ready, delivery it. dont let it sit for 27 minutes, which is what is was according to the website where you can track it here. ill go local and pick it up next time.
