I give the food in the service five stars but in my personal opinion come on it’s fast food I can’t give fast food 5 stars. But the food is very tasty and so far my experience with the employees has always been good so all of that is five stars. And I know it’s a fast food joint it’s not supposed to have really a lot of healthy options but I mean it would be kind of cool if they kept what they had but added a little something to the menu for people that want to enjoy fast food but still want a little something on the healthier Spectrum

Worst place I have been. They changed the manager because the store was not doing well and new manager is worse. Bring the old manager back she would greet and get orders right away. I spent 10 minutes waiting to order and 3 different people saw me and never said can you give me a minute or will be right with you just kept walking as if no one was there. This happen today at around noon. Also sone cleaning needs to be brought up.

Online it says they’re open until midnight, but we called just to confirm the hours of service. The guy on the phone said they were closing at 10:00 PM rather than 12:00 AM. Which is totally fine, since it was only a quarter past 9:00. We get there at around 9:20 and their dining room is completely closed. I get it if y’all wanted to close a little early, I’ve worked in fast food before, but having the restaurant closed a whole 40+ minutes before the time you guys said you were closing the dining room? I’m sure the drive through was open but we had a camper so we couldn’t go through the drive through. Be better guys, come on. We were hungry :/

Staff was very rude. My family and I went to order 10+ items on the menu including the new PhillyCheese steak and they messed up the order twice. Fries were cold and some were undercooked. The manager Belinda waddled over to us and started screaming very bad and unprofessional attitude. My youngest son ordered a 9 piece chicken star meal and it only came with 5 chicken star. The burgers were very soggy with too much sauce on them. The milkshake took them 18 minutes to even make. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Belinda a “manager” was extremely rude and unprofessional shouting at me through Drive though, cutting me off mid sentence, complaining about short staff and making it seem like it was my issue. And after all that she did not take my order. I told her she had no right to be rude to me due to staffing issues and she stopped responding on the speaker completely. My first ever visit to Carl’s jr and because of her I will never be back. Hire people with social skills and morals, it is not the customers fault how scheduling is done and should never be taken out of us as paying customers. As someone who works in retail and customer service she acts like a as child and deserves to be fired. No wonder this locations ratings are so low.
