Went to the drive thru, there were only 2 cars in front of me. Took 15 min to get to the speaker. Tried to place my order, every time I would place an item the woman would say, “Is that all?” She was so concerned about when my order was going to be done she didn’t even hear my cheese bites order. All I received was a puny salad, with huge pieces of cut up unpeeled cucumbers, no meat and a piece of toast thrown in and a drink for $11.53. Awful!

Would have been a little bit better if I didn’t see kids hopping over the counter to mess with each other and stuff like that. But overall they at least got us our food and a timely manner so I can’t really complain. I was a kid once.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. This food chain has become to commercialized, thus hindering customer satisfaction, and the food quality has quickly deteriorated to less than acceptable. I only know this because I have been dinning at Zaxby’s since 1994.

I have always loved zaxbys but have had multiple bad experiences at the one in valley. First, there was a penny in my salad. They handled it and gave me a new one so I brushed it off. Today though, there was a used bandaid in my food. I had eaten some on my way home before I got it in the light and realized it. That is DISGUSTING. The manager was very apologetic and offered to remake it when I come back but I don’t know that I trust it. They are not wearing gloves making our food. It’s terrible, I will never trust this location again.

I ordered wings and a side of egg rolls. Egg rolls were burned and had cooked until they burst open. The wings were put in a too small container so most of the sauce spilled into the bag and was all over the containers. A big mess!!

I went to get my team members lunch tonight around 5pm 2nd shift. I ordered 12 – 4pc tender platters. I had to wait like 20min then they brought my plates out and I told them all 12 platters were missing the coleslaw. They went in for another 10min just to come out to tell me they were out and that all my plates have extra fries to compensate. This don’t look like extra fries. And shouldn’t they have said something when they first took the order and/or when they first brought the food out.
