I asked the food to be fresh and not over cooked because the last time I came it was. I also asked for a 30 piece with three flavors 10 wings each flavor. they did random amounts per flavor and they were incredibly dry and shrunken to the bone. I asked for them to be remade, but if I could have the boneless pieces normal size and not really tiny since a lot of them were and they said they had no control over that so I asked for a refund.

This place has always been a nightmare but has really gone downhill since covid. Employees are rude and unprofessional and clearly hate their jobs. Place is understaffed and orders take 20-30min longer than quoted when ordering online. Food quality is awful, always overcooked and burnt to a crisp. Used to drive further to the Folsom location but that has since closed leaving this circus show as the only option. Used to love Wingstop but this location ruined the entire experience.

Ordered takeout a few weeks ago. Chicken was old fries were cold. Called immediately after getting home to request a refund as this is the 2nd time in a row the food was unsatisfactory. The manager I spoke with advised I’d be refunded and it could take 5 days or so to post. Never happened. I sent an email to the company asking about the status of my refund and included my order number. No response. They can keep my 25.00 if they need it that bad. I will never order from this place again.

Arrived at noon on a Thursday with 4 people in front of me. 2 were seated and already refilling their drinks (obviously been there a while) and 2 ordering. 1 hour later im still waiting but the other 4 are long gone. Sat in a empty restaurant with no food for an hour before requesting a refund. My order was 6 original flavor, bone-in wings with fries! Guess that was too much to ask for in the middle of the day. I could see 3 employees in the back during my wait.

Placed an order online said it was going to be ready 30 to 35 mins. Arrived on time to get the order and still had to wait instore for another 20 mins. Food was not cooked extra well as asked for in the comments of when I ordered. Chicken was not crispy at all, one of the wing flavors barely had any seasonings. frys way over seasoned and soggy when asked for light seasoning and extra cooked on those as well.

This was a bad idea. Took my husband here for the first time. It was right before dinner rush and we were told 18 minutes for 15 wings with a side of fries and some cajun corn. My husband and I grab our drinks and sit down as we watch 5 call in orders come in and go without a problem. After 40 minutes they bring out 5 wings and my sides with a promise to bring out the remainder of our food. The wings smelled funny and 1 wing was 2 sized smaller than the one sitting next to it. After another 20 minutes of waiting (bringing my total time to 1 hour) I decided to try and ask for the rest of my meal. I was brought 2 wings and an apology. At that point I was so upset and half my food was cold I asked to pay for what I had eaten and so I could leave and try to get hot food somewhere else. If you want to eat here you better call in or risk sitting all night for your food while all of the staff ignore you.

They told me the wait time is 30 min. No problem. I placed my order at 6:59 (it’s on the receipt). I noticed every customer was getting upset, waiting for their food. So I wait 45 minutes before I ask for an update, which they should be proactively doing. They now tell me it will be ready by 8. There is no sense of urgency. Really poor service. Very sad. This place has gone to sh!t. Excuse my writing.
