This Place Is Absolutely Amazing!! Our Dinner Was Delicious!! We Got The Rabbit And The Duck. Both Done Perfectly. The Sides Were Delicious Also. The Bone Broth Tasted Great And The Cheesecake Was Better Than Cheesecake Factory!! Our Server Steve Was Awesome!!! Super Friendly And Very Knowledgeable!!! We Will Definitely Be Going Back Soon!! I Highly Recommend Bone And Broth!! I’d Give Them 50 Stars If I Could!!

I chose Bone and Broth to have dinner because I wanted a dry aged steak. I have some observations and opinions about this restaurant. First, I was able to pick my seat through a reservation. I had a nice seat by the window on the street. Note that to make reservations you have to make it using your credit card. The service was first class. The bar has several infused liqours and even the fruit in the cocktail was infused. I ordered a whiskey sour with a house whiskey infused with ginger and blackberry. It was phenomenal. To start, I ordered veal roast broth with fresh bread. It was the best broth I’ve ever had. The bread came from the bakery next door. While eating the broth, I ordered a 14 oz, 40 day dry aged, Kansas City Strip. It comes with mashed potatoes that were excellent and broccoli. I substituted the broccoli for a side salad. All the sides are priced equally so the switch was easy. The side sald did not have one defect on the plate. Every piece of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber were perfectly fresh and cut. The steak was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is I like a seasoned steak. This steak was for the beef purest. However, the chef offers a sauce with your steak. I had hunter’s sauce which is a mushroom gravy which compensated for the lack of seasoning.

What an awesome place. Our waiter Rose was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable and made our overall dinner experience great! We split the wedge salad which was yummy and big enough to share. We both got steak, but I got the filet with the chimichurri sauce. The sauce was amazing. For dessert we had the cheesecake. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. Check them out

A return visit to this restaurant with our visiting parents showcased both highs and a small hiccup. The crispy Brussels sprouts and deviled eggs lived up to their reputation – fantastic starters.

Ok I got the chewy rubber band ribeye. My wife got the tortellini it was soaked in olive oil almost swimming. On a good note the mussels are good with the burnt bread

Dinner for four while in town on business. Made reservations on resi and an 80.00 reservation fee was required to confirm. Heads up, a two hour time limit was also communicated. 3 of us arrived early for a drink at the bar and were surprised to learn that bar seating was also on a reservation list. We were seated early at our table, however, and our server, Brandon, was there promply to take our drink order. Appetizers of baked brussels sprouts and deviled eggs were tasty. Followed with the wedge salad, a bottle of the caymas cabernet, and three of us had the ribeye. We all agreed they were prepared to order but were not extraordinary. The sides of collards, mashed potatoes, and broccoli were good all around. We ended with sharing the pecan pie and ice cream with a cub of coffee. All in all, it was a nice dinner in downtown Ashville. Shout out to Brandon, our server.

This place needs to be within the same breath of Jargon, Corner Kitchen, and other great restaurants in the Asheville area. There wasn’t a bad dish amongst anything Hubs and I tried. Had the deviled eggs, pimento cheese, tortellini with salmon, pork chops, and brownie to finish. Everything was excellent. Service was attentive. Cocktails were fabulous. Would recommend.

Crispy sprouts. Buffalo deviled eggs. Yum! I was very happy you carry a good gluten free bun! Held up to all the sauciness of the steak burger. Tomatoes in shrimp and grits could have blistered more. The carrot logs on the salad were difficult to eat. Table too crowded with a candle and salt and pepper. No space to share the apps. Friendly service. Omg and the collards. So tasty!
