Went with my family at about 8 o’clock in the evening and all the tables were turned over with chairs up so people could not sit. We asked if we could sit down and they said that was fine. Left at around 9pm and wanted to refill our drinks but the drink machines had been turned off. Meanwhile they are supposed to be open until 10pm. Either the time is not posted correct or they closed down 2 hours early.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I used the app to order 2 food items, a drink and a cup of queso. I get there and there’s no drink, ask for one and they ask me if the drink is in the tightly sealed plastic bag…? (It wasn’t) I get my drink, go home and get to find out that they also forgot my queso that I paid for and put random ingredients that I didn’t order into my food, and ignored other ingredients I asked for. And yes I checked the receipt to make sure it was MY order. Absolute waste of time and money.

I would give this no star but I had to put oneThis is my piss poor salad from Moes on long point rd. It suppose to have corn pico cucumbers Blk olives japs cilantro south west vinaigrette! It had a couple chicken chunks couple Blk beans and old shredded lettuce. I have had bad take outs before but never did a review! Maybe I expected too much like what I ordered! This absolutely ruined my Friday night and I can’t believe this place is in business! It sucked plus lost $10 bucks! Who ever fixed this meal should not be in this business and does not care about customers! You’re Done!!

Every time I try to go to this moe’s they have a sign up saying sorry but we are closing early (at least 2 hours earlier than their posted time). The one time I did make it inside with them open they were soooo slow and rude! Used to love Moe’s burritos but this place has ruined Moe’s for me.

This was supposed to be an Homewrecker Bowl. It had a teaspoon of ground beef. Moe’s has made its way off of our go to restaurants. This meal was extremely disappointing!!! I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend ordering online. They throw all of the online and phone orders in a bin and “fill them as they see fit.” As I was told by their staff. There was over 20+ people waiting for online/phone orders and had been waiting almost an hour after their order was supposedly ready. Also, because of the “bin” of orders. They refused to provide refunds to the individuals who where waiting for their order because they didn’t want to take the time to find the order from the pile.
