Food was pricey but good, with normal portion sizes and not a lot of salt added. Variety of choices is limited but appealing. Service was kind and attentive, although not always available. Biggest opportunity is atmosphere – felt very stale, formal, corporate… a real pity they don’t have a terrace or patio. When in Santa Barbara the last thing you want to do is eat next to an air conditioned hotel lobby.

Finch in Fork, is a fantastic restaurant. I am a picky eater and no joking, when I went there for my first time, I wanted to return, the next day. For weeks every time I made dinner all I kept thinking is I want the Fried Chicken Oysters from Finch and Fork, which are super tender and crisp without being oily and the honey drizzle on it, makes a persons tastebuds so happy!!! From the small plates, to entrées, wine selection, unique an extremely tasty drinks, to delightful desserts, there is seriously something for everyone. The staff only makes the experience there that much better, such as David the bartender and Gabby one of the servers. If you are a locate and haven’t gone there yet, be prepared to want to go back again and again. If you are a visitor make it one of your stops, it is worth every penny.

Friendly and professional staff. Delicious with fresh ingredients brunch. My hubby got a the brioche french toast & was absolutely delighted. I had the salmon bagel. I loved the unique spin with the chipotle cream cheese. Definitely recommend if in the area for a brunch.

I’m not used to eating at Gluten free restaurants, but this place had some surprising dishes. First off, wasn’t too excited to be going here in the first place. Not much looked appealing. Ordered the salmon. And I was pleasantly surprised. It was very tasty. Also had this Kung pow cauliflower appetizer (I hate cauliflower) that was so delicious. Wow, so good! Overall, it was a great experience.

Very nice restaurant inside a hotel building. The interior is airy and simply but elegantly decorated. They set up a table for our large group and we had great time. The food selection was limited but good quality. Our orders were messed up and service was slow but they fixed it immediately. We will come back again when in town
