This review is being written as I sit and wait for my order that was placed online. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:17p and it’s now 3:30p They’ve prioritized walk ins that came after I walked in. They’re is no sense of urgency. Don’t place an online order at this location, you’re better off walking in. I recommend a different location if you want Jersey Mike’s.

Called 4 times over 10 minutes to make take out order. No answer. Went into store – I’m the only person in line. After about 5 minutes they decided to take my order. I asked if they took phone in orders he said yes. I told him I called 4 times – he said they were busy – not evident as I was only person in line. I left and did not order.

Ordered two subs for delivery. Missing one sub and the other had the wrong toppings. Chips were also wrong. Not sure what happened to this place. Our past several orders have not been the same quality we have historically received from this location. And now the entire orders are just completely wrong. Very disappointed and will look to find a new location.

Breece and the young lady working with him on the March 30 charity day were great! Even though they had orders coming in by the boatloads electronically, and people walking in, they kept smiles on their faces and were working as fast as two people possibly can.
