I called in to place an order and had my phone still on after 15 minutes on hold. I walked in with the phone still ringing and immediately I guy came over to take my order and asked how “ how come you can take my order now, yet I’ve been on hold over 15 minutes without so much as a whimper. The guy immediately jumped down my throat yelling at me that he was short handed and he has 27 f’in orders in front of me! Naturally I shot back at him and said why. Could no one just say that on the phone? He said than he wasn’t taking my order and I lost it. Sorry about that but his arrogance and lack of customer service set me off. Never ever going in that store again. From the looks of the reviews I didn’t miss much. Either way that dude needs to go!

I normally have great service from this location but the past few times it’s gotten worse every time. Tonight we ordered in the app and our order stated it was completed and I waited 20 mins just to make sure it wasn’t pressed by mistake. I called the store and was on hold for 10 mins and he stated the driver had just left the store with our order. Another 25 mins has gone by and still no order. I called and was on hold again for 10 mins. At this point we have been waiting on our order for 2 hours. Finally called and got a refund.

Food never made it to my house!! And the text said food delivered and enjoy your meal!!! What meal? They are only 8 minutes away from my house!! I called Dominios twice and the first person caught an attitude and said it was on the way! After 15 more minutes i called back and the next guy was nice and said they delivered my meal to the wrong house and canceled my order! This is terrible customer service! Shut your business down if this is the quality you have to present to customers!!!

I usually order a pizza from Domino’s every week or so, but recently the orders have taken longer and longer to get to me. I live 5 mins away from the store. Last night was the last straw for me, after an hour and a half I called and they told me that it was on the way. I called every 30 mins and got the same response. Finally after 3 hours, I called to get a refund and they told me that they would refund the money but still deliver the pizza. Well 21 hours later I still do not have a pizza……..I will not be ordering from these guys anymore.

At one time this location had reasonable service. I realize times are tough, but for the damn money i would hope it would be better. it is bad when orders smell like cigarette smoke. Who wants to eat that. Good bye for now

Been ordering from this location for years, but recently the quality and timeliness have gone away completely. At least if my pizza is going to be late, on a Wednesday night, at least make sure it’s hot. Such a waste of time and money because when you go online to report a problem, you have to get a code, etc, then they want to just issue a credit. Why bother since that’ll be late too I’m sure. Disappointing how bad it’s gotten at this location.

The manager is a total joke giving “I live in my moms basement and play videos games before every shift”. Laughs at the customers to his employees. Zero customer service or apology. Allows his staff to sit and eat pizza on the counters and send this food out at the same time. No wonder they can’t find anyone to work here.

Well I gave it one star because I couldn’t pick a zero. After waiting an hour and a half, being told twice it would arrive in 5 minutes it never showed up. No call or other form of communication they just didn’t send me order. I called and was on hold for another 15 minutes only to be told the driver came back to the store with my order. No customer service skills at all. You should all go away and hire an entirely new staff!!!!!!.
