Drivethru: as I pulled back onto cap cir I realized they forgot my drink. 2 uturns later I’m back getting my drink. Should’ve checked the food too, when I got home I was missing my 2nd Bacon egg and cheese. Disappointed in the response from manager that says come back for a refund or mention my name and get a free BEC and drink next time you’re here. I live 20 minutes away.

Burger wasn’t hot didn’t have milk for a milkshake and then when I specifically asked for light ice I get a regular portion like they forgot with one person in front of me in line and it says on the receipt and little screen I’m sure. So needless to say I got like a third of the soda I should have gotten out of this drink didn’t even get to finish my sandwich before I ran out specifically why I asked for light ice

So my wife called them immediately to inform them that the chicken sandwich she had just purchased had mold on the tomato. The the kid replied with “No way man” “we just ran out of tomatoes yesterday and those were cut fresh today” So I will be handling this personally at the restaurant !!!

The food is the best fast food I know of, the wait staff seems super friendly BUT this morning I ordered a number 6 and an extra sandwich, and when I got to the front I was given a number 2 with one sandwich. I pulled around to go in and ask them about it, and the doors were locked so you couldn’t go in the lobby. I had to get back on line and wait twelve minutes to get a correct order.

Last time I come to this location. I received OLD, RUBBER-LIKE patty. I spent money for that? Not only that, the employees act like they don’t care at all. I get it’s fast food and minimum wage, but come on. You make your own choices. Customers shouldn’t receive old burgers and drinks with holes in the cup.
