Beware: Do not patronize this privately owned Dunkin. They have the worst customer service and they price gouge. You can stand at the front for almost 5 minutes sometimes to be greeted as well as order 1 coffee and stand there while they fill online orders for almost 5-10 minutes. They also have their station behind the wall and when I went around the corner to see where my food was they were doing nothing and it was dirty. Shame on businesses like this but I would avoid. Use alternative Dunkin on 57 E. Main Street in Little Falls, they are much more attentive. Note this owner owns the one in Willowbrook Mall as well as Totowa so BEWARE!

They shut down the store early before they are officially Closed. Never have anything. Everyone at that store is stoned or something.

Always get the order wrong. The dude tried charging me and my friends with extra food as well, it’s not a mistake because he tried doing it 3 separate times. Also one employee literally made me wait for her to finish her personal phone call before taking my order. Save the headache and just go to another store nearby that’s what I’ve started doing. I’d give 0 stars if possible avoid this specific Dunkin’ at all costs.
