They’re friendly, but they take forever to take your order and to receive your order. I’ve sat in line for almost 30 mins and took another 15 to even place my order .I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have staff to keep up or what, but I probably will find a different dunkin’ location. It’s hard to get something quick from this location, especially when you only want a drink.

Been here four times. First time…half hour to close, ovens off, only old donuts & old coffee. Second time…waited fifteen minutes for hash browns & egg sandwich. Third time…no one answers the drive thru at ten minutes to close, doors locked. Fourth time (5/6/2023) ten minutes to close, told “ovens off” after I was told no croissants and said ok, avocado toast then.

The fact that I’ve gone inside the store twice and both time waiting over 10mins before finally walking out. Took 4mins to tell me I’ll be right with you,then continue to ignore we while you take orders that just pulled up while I’m waiting. It’s also pretty pathetic that there’s only ever ONE employee working at all times. Either hire more people or don’t open if you can’t take care of the customers. Would’ve taken less time to drive to the dunks a town over and order.

You’ve got about a 10% chance of your order being made correctly. If you make any modifications to a menu item, that drops to about 1%. At least the one older woman who works the drive through will (unprompted) hand you loose slices of cheese for a treat if you have a dog in the car…?

This has to be the very worst dunks I’ve ever been to in my life. They forget your order as they go, over charge you, argue with eachother, the only guarantee here is that your order will be messed up if you get two or more items. Blows my mind, I guess you all can call yourselves consistent. ♂️

My kids and I have covid and I asked a friend to pick up my mobile order. This is a pic of my coffee after putting evaporated milk (closes thing I had to cream) and sugar in my coffee. So disappointed! Coffee tastes like it’s been burnt and sitting around for a week. My daughters coffee was the same! Gross!

We are from out of state and in town for the ballgame. We stopped in for lunch as we have in the past. We over heard and saw an employee getting yelled at from the manager. This is unacceptable. She should have taken the employee in the back and quietly talked to her, not in front of customers and not using the language that she was using. This manager was very rude to the customers.
