This was a solid IHOP experience. We were quickly seated and had a friendly server who took our order right away. My food was good, but my wife’s cubed home fries were over seasoned. I like that they brought out a little insulated carafe of coffee so I could refill my own cup. It was really warm and humid in the restaurant. When I mentioned it to the server, she said that she had just set the A/C temperature lower, as the owners or other workers liked to keep it warm in there.

This location finally opened up, and I decided to check them out on my lunch break (December 8, 2022). I got the pancake combo, which was two pancakes of your choice, eggs, bacon/sausage, and hash browns. It came out to be around $12 and some change. I asked the girl “Would it be about 15 minutes?” She replies “No, probably around 10 minutes actually since it doesn’t take long to cook.” I’m thinking “Okay great!”, well 25 minutes later I get my food lol. The eggs were good, pancakes were okay, the hash browns were essentially hard, the bacon was kinda fatty but also crunchy, so idk what the chef was doing in the back lol. On the other hand though, the staff was very friendly, the inside looks nice, and has a bunch of seating. I’ll try this place one last time, but if it’s not hittin’, I won’t be back lol.

My food was absolutely amazing. THE BEST I’ve had in ages. I will definitely be back. Downfall is the staffing issues so be sure to visit during off-peak hours.

I placed a online today 0729/2023. I was considerate being most places are understaffed, I waited longer before going to pick up my order. I get there order is not ready and no one greeted me. I had to literally get someone’s attention. At that time it was at least 20 min after arrival. After I gave them more than enough time to have the order ready. As I’m waiting a gentleman came in with his child. The staff by the name of Joe come up overlook me and greeted the newly arrived people. I waited over a hour to get my order. The manager on duty was no help and did not care to even apologize for the wait. I will not ever visit IHOP again! I placed my order approximately 1230pm I received my order at 145pm.

My family frequently visits IHOPS. This day has been very disappointing to say the less. We were sat in a timely manner; but sit for 20 minutes and know one came to greet us, bring us water or take our order. We just got up and left. This is bad business.

So far there’s no complaints with this location. The restaurant & parking lot appear clean. The food is good as expected. The service is very hospitable. Even though Google maps says that they’re open on Friday & Saturday until midnight, the paper signage on the entry doors say they’re open from 0700-2200 Monday – Sunday so I’m presuming that the midnight hours aren’t correct. Certainly hope that the level of service doesn’t degrade over time but for now it’s well worth dining there.

DON’T GO HERE! I’ll give our server credit he served like 5 tables plus apparently cooked as well. Beyond that couldn’t have asked for worse. Sat here for 2+ hours. My wife got undercooked French toast and cold turkey bacon. My chicken and waffles was fine. No drink refills. Wait staff seemed to have no clue where to bring food as we were brought the wrong food multiple times. No training was ever done by management and never saw a manager ever. We were comped the French toast at least. Please don’t go here. I NEVER write reviews but my God this was awful and embarrassing. I’m an extremely patient customer but this is the second time this has happened here and this was worse than the first time. Hopefully they get it together but my hopes are low.

Not the IHOP experience I am used to. The restaurant is freshly remodeled and nice but it has a terrible smell. The children’s meals did not include a drink and were more expensive than the meals at the IHOP I frequent regularly. After my children and me received our food the server came out and said they didn’t have the ingredients to make my wife’s dish, I don’t know why it took that long to figure out. So we had to wait for her food to be prepared. As we were leaving a family was trying to come in and the hostess told them they were closing an hour and a half early and the grill was already closed. The staff were very nice and friendly but far from professional, you could hear them in the kitchen shouting at each other in Spanish. Overall I would not recommend this particular IHOP.
