Literally the worst Chic Fil A and corporate should get involved. Chick Fil A prides it’s self on fast, kind, customer service and this location has none of that! They are openly rude and always serves old cold food.

Limited menu and long lines and wait. This location is inside the FIU campus in a food court. There are tables in the center of the court as well as small couches next to outlets where you can charge your electronics. There’s no on street parking. You have to one in one of the nearby lots and pay. Their menu is also not a full menu. They don’t have the wraps last time I checked and as far as salads there’s only one on the menu. Not sure if this changes but that’s been my experience the last couple of times.

Went here while passing by, the food was delicious and crisp. I got a salad, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, the chicken that came with it was flavorful and incredible! The line was a bit long, but that is expected, especially with rush hour, but, besides that, I recommend it if you’re looking for a good meal.

I often go to this CFA Location and the older ladies are very kind workers. However, last week me and my friend were waiting for our food. One of the workers named Valentina looks like she’s in her late teens/early twenties calls out my friends order. She gives her the bag with no drink. So my friendly kindly reminded Valentina that she ordered a drink. Valentina starts scooping ice into the cup and my friend says “oh, I ordered it with no ice”. Valentina aggressively dumps the ice, ROLLS her eyes, then makes the drink. I was in complete and utter shock, I worked at a chick fil a for almost 3 years so I know that is completely an unacceptable way to treat a guest. But it gets worse, once Valentina hands my friend her drink she looks at me with an attitude and says “is there a problem?” I responded kindly with “no” and I have a smile. Later this week I returned and there was no hot sauce in the condiment box so I kindly asked her for some hot sauce, after she handed me some I said “thank you” and instead of her saying “my pleasure” like any well trained chick fil a employee would you rolled her eyes and walked away. Chick fil a is known for their exceptional service, she is working at the wrong establishment.

For fast food, it’s always a good option….. I love chick-fil-a. Always crowded and driving around this location is just dangerous because of all the traffic. The city should have done a traffic study before approving this location. That’s why I gave atmosphere 1 star…… restaurant itself is 5 stars.

We all love Chick Fil A,.. I will say one of the best fast foods out there, but we all have to be careful. My son and Daughter went to this location on 1/7/2023 and my son ended up in Emergency with food poisoning. 2 days in the Emergency room, 2 terrible days for a mom. I was scared, but young people love fast food. I know he will be back in no time.

While they have been getting faster with mobile orders, I wish they utilized the geo-fence within the mobile app to know when to start the order so that the order would be ready when you arrive at the restaurant.

Waited in line 20 minutes just to order and then be told the food would take 40 minutes. There were not enough other people in line to warrant that type of wait. Had to wait in another line to talk to a manager to cancel the order because the automated grubhub system takes your payment but doesn’t allow you to cancel an order.
