THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE. I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I went into the store and ordered takeout, was excited since I had been craving sesame chicken. Once I got home and took my first bite, it wasn’t terrible but there was a weird taste that I was trying to distinguish. I then took a bite of my other chicken and that’s when I realized it tasted like trapo mojado (wet dishcloth) it’s absolutely disgusting. You can bet my meal went straight to the trash after that second bite.

I have ordered here multiple times. The food is very flavorful and good and cooked well. Delivery arrives on time and service has been friendly. Maybe the other bad reviews had something to do with a particular female employee but that’s never happened to me. All in all, i will keep ordering from here.

Today was our first time trying this place out, horrible mistake. After I had placed my order to go, at around 4:30 pm, and sat down to wait, an employee named Melissa approached us in regards to a price difference over a drink that my daughter grabbed. All in all, her approach was absolutely rude. She obviously hates her job and life. She started raising her voice at me and I immediately told her that I was done talking with her and proceeded to talk to the other employee Jesus, which I would like to add that Jesus “was” friendly. Melissa even had the audacity to yell at Jesus in front of me demanding for him to stop attending me. Absolutely childish and unprofessional. After reading other reviews here, i can see that other customers have had a similar encounter with this same girl, Melissa. The owner of this restaurant needs to address this with her immediately. She obviously does not have good customer service and is the reason MANY customers won’t be returning to eat there. Not only is she creating a hostile working environment for other employees, but she is horrible with customers in general.

I was in El Paso an wanted Chinese to go before check out time. Their menu says 10am-10pm Mon Thru Friday! I placed a order when they opened hoping it would arrive before check out but nope.. The Order arrived around 11:56 am almost 2 hrs later I called multiple timeS an spoke with Yareley she said he should be there any minute is what she told me every time she went as far to say he won’t answer the phone when he showed up he told me delivery don’t start until 11. Why didn’t Yareley tell me that I wasted my time for some of the nastiest Chinese food I’ve ever seen or had. The rice was all oil an the wings were bland I don’t recommend this place of napkins let alone food… Horrible service an very rude..

Formerly known as The Golden Buddha has moved just down the street between Popeyes and Albertsons now known as Moo Goo Chinese Restaurant. It appears that there is new staff and a similarly friendly atmosphere. The dining room outlooks North Mesa Street and I had the added benefit of being able to charge my cell phone into a wall outlet. But of course the star of the show is the food. The hot and sour soup that comes with the lunch special is outstanding. The accompanying wonton crackers are crisp and fresh and hot. I dined on sweet and sour shrimp which was juicy and crisp and fresh and delicious. The fried rice was perfect and the crispy egg roll was fresh. The waitress served as the hostess and cashier and took care of the takeout orders which were many. She was attentive and friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Enjoy their dine-in service as well as their takeout. As a former San Franciscan, this deserves a five star review.

This place is awful. The girl who takes your order for delivery seems like she is unhappy with her life. She seems to be incapable of being respectful to the customers. The saddest thing is that the restaurant keeps her around. Imagine how well they might do if they just fired her. I don’t know why she so unhappy her overall life must truly suck. We got a bad order and rude service but are very blessed and will simply not place an order there again, this person will get her karma. Based on the other reviews it’s not the first time she behaves this way, maybe she’s already getting it based on her response to a simple order. It’s not like you need a degree to correctly write something down. Sad.

We’ve typically never had issues, but boy was someone having a bad day. The girl who answered was really short with us. Then they delivered some awful looking breaded chicken with large chunks of fresh jalapeños in liue of the garlic chicken we have ordered time and again. When I called to ask about it the girl was SUPER rude and said if I didn’t like it I could drive it over there and insisted I was wrong. Really??? Worst experience I’ll never order from them again. They do not have good customer service or at least the girl who answered and apparently hates her life and job should reconsider being in the SERVICE industry. The shrimp and vegetables was mediocre at best.
