Order was not completed. It looked as if pizza had already been eaten from. Received a total of 5 teeny tiny BBQ wings (ordered more), breadsticks were hard as a rock, pizza was cold, and the cookie we order for dessert was hard as a rock and burned on the bottom. Tried to call a manager regarding order and keep getting told the local pizza hut number was a call center and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I wouldn’t even give this restaurant 1 star if that was an option. I definitely don’t recommend going to this pizza hut at all. If you live in Fairview, order from Snappy’s or drive to Dickson for a Papa Murphy pizza.

I usually don’t dive into reviews, but I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut these last 2 times just to be let down. I marked the first order as maybe it was a busy night and that’s why my pizza was poorly created. Tonight we ordered a the value meal and our pizzas were both poorly made. On top of not getting our extra set of cinnamon sticks that we paid for, the manager wanted to argue about it with us after we called to see about what was going on. No sauces were with the pizza like usual and all together it was terrible. Sorry Pizza Hut, but I think I’ve had better luck from store bought pizza.

Customer service has never been an issue. However the food is never prepared the way it is supposed to be. The picture of the pizza is supposed to be extra BBQ sauce. I will let you be the judge. Always an issue everytime we order from this location.

Good food but slowest delivery (almost 1 hour late) and large pizza ordered was substituted with 2 small pizzas. If I ever order from this Pizza Hut again, it will be pick up.

This Pizza Hut had a septic tank smell when we walked in. Food was overall pretty good but crazy expensive. ($46 for a large pizza, small pizza and 3 drinks) This brand seems to be in decline. Perhaps they can hire Alissa Heinerscheid to manage the descent.

Worse pizza hut ever.. We have ate at thousands of restaurants this was the most horrible food ever. The employees was a joke. I’ve tried reaching out to Pizza Hut main office. I’ve emailed so many times loss count. Nobody ever got back to me besides some man called me out of East Tennessee that conversation lasted about 10 seconds he thought he could talk to me like I was a child I said ******* conversation is over and hung up. This store needs to be shut down

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut we order about 50 dollars worth of pizza last night and never received them. They took our money without delivering our pizza’s, We ordered right around 7:40pm way before PIzza hut had to close, waited for three hours before calling to see what happened and no one picked up the phone to help us figure out where or what happened to our pizzas!

I was very excited about getting my pizza until I got home with it. I purchased a large 5 topping pizza. I opened the box and it looked pitiful. I was a homemade pizza chef for a few years, worked for Godfathers for 3 years and Domino’s as well. I had 12 tiny slices of mushrooms and on a few other pieces that was nothing at all except 1 tiny piece of mushroom. I would have been embarrassed to let something go out my door. I drove 20 mins back to the store and took it back. The manager on duty didn’t see anything wrong with it and never even apologized until I was walking out the door. She wanted to make it again but I feel like you should make it right the first time. The sad part is that she didn’t seem to take any pride in your product because if someone does they care about quality and customer service which didn’t seem to be a concern of the manager. I’ve been in management for over 30 years and I would have having a talk with my employees if that’s what they were letting go out my door. I will NOT be back to that location and if the rest of your locations put out that kind of product I won’t go to those either. Keep in mind that your product represents who you are and what you stand for. I took pictures of it and will make sure the people in Fairview know what they will get if they visit this store.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The bathroom was dirty and old. The windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The drink machine was out if order. We dined in but the pizza came in a box and the server just plopped it on the table. Will not be back.
