Went thru drive thru on Tuesday night and realized the next day they over charged me. Spoke to LUIS and he was very nice and told me to come the next day @630am for a refund… however, they did not refund the whole amount. It takes more in gas to go back for the inconvenience of your incompetent employees over charging me to return $7. The manager then proceeds to tell me here’s cash so you can spend it and you don’t have to tell people how you got it. The person I actually spoke to on the phone, LUIS WAS AMAZING. Customer service matters and if y’all made a mistake I shouldn’t have had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Ridiculous. Not to mention tell me to come at 630 am and doors aren’t open nobody answered through drive through.. had to call the store a few times to even get someone’s attention. Im not the type to leave bad reviews but this was annoying!!

The burger was good but the fries were not, we ended up throwing away over 60% of them. The service at the drive through was poor. When we arrived at the drive-thru speaker, the first words were “Cash only” no greeting. Luckily we had cash. The staff (more than one person, because I know people have a bad day) said mostly the correct words but their tone and body language made is feel unwanted. To top it all off, the frosty machine was down.

This location is absolutely deplorable and they need to replace whatever manager is running the site. If you use the mobile app to place an order for carry out, you will get to the store just to realize that some kind of construction is being done and no one is allowed inside the lobby. This is happened on multiple occasions for me. Additionally, if you try to pick up your order through the drive-through or even simply drive-through to place an order, you are guaranteed to wait in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes before you even get up to the speaker. Either the managers and the employees they hire simply do not care or the employees that have been hired have been neglected and training was insufficient as the drive-through is extremely slow every day. I tried this location on several attempts to see if it would get any better but sadly it never does. Avoid this location at all costs.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from. Went at lunch time and ordered a normal Dave’s double and it came as two patties and lettuce on a bun. Nothing else. Ordered a kid’s cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock. Kids fruit cup was just apples and they had a bad after taste. Fries were cold and the coke tasted like floor cleaner. Have two stars bc I got a cob salad that was as expected. Will not be going back to this location

They never have half of their menu, just got a coke that is extremely watered down, and it’s like this EVERY TIME. I just ate my fries, and yknow how fries taste after two days in the fridge and then you microwave them? Yea that is what these fries were like. Just don’t go here please

The past three times we’ve gone have been awful. I think the employees just want a check and to do the bare minimum. Ordered spicy nuggets and they were “out” twice. Wouldn’t let us make it a meal even though it was 9pm and they close at 11pm. This last time their machines were down. Not too sure if I believe it based on previous experiences. One time we rolled up and all the lights were on but nobody would respond. Waste of time and space.

I like Wendy’s. It’s probably my most frequent Fast Food place. But this is the worst location I’ve been to. They’ve never gotten my order correct here. Over the course of the 10 years I’ve been going here, it’s been consistently wrong. You order sauce, no sauce. You want no onion, you get no lettuce, tomato, pickle, and extra onion. And the service is not making up the difference.

Phone number doesn’t even work to call about the terrible service and ask about poor quality. Told No drinks or frosty available on a pre-order and waited over 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They have a couple of girls who are super nice but the rest are just apathetic. KFC is better which isn’t saying much!

The 5 star reviews are botted. This establishment ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL either messes up your order, gives you attitude or takes forever for simple dollar menu orders. With the recent price hike affecting this location as well, you’re better off going anywhere else.

I wasn’t going to say anything. However, I must. Fist, I placed my order thru the app for pick up. When, I arrived to pick it up at the window the associate there long armed my drinks and straws, no greeting at all. She then proceeded to stand back and stare at me until my food was ready. Which she then long armed out the window without saying a word! If I hadn’t said “thank you”, she wouldn’t have mumbled “you’re welcome”. She needs to exercise some manners and customer service training.
