Took my order and messed it up,then blame me for your mistake. I called my order out. It was your job to understand and make sure it exceeds the customer’s need. Fries were not fresh. Needs more training and attitude adjustment. That’s exactly why you work there.

Had never really eaten food at DQ (ice cream is the bomb). We ate dinner here with work and evrything I’ve had so far was good, the burger was good, the chicken tenders were good. But…let me tell you about the onion rings…best I have ever had. Service was wonderful and it is a great sit down restaurant

Milkshakes and the like are expensive everywhere. So, an expensive large BLIZZARD at the Dairy Queen at 40/42 by Peddlers Village is is not out of the ordinary. $4.69 plus sales tax for a large. It’s marketed as being so thick that the clerk will turn the shake upside down before they hand it to you. If it drips out they CLAIM it’s FREE. Several months ago I did something rare for me. I crossed over to the dark side of 40/42. The traffic is simply dangerous over there. There are so many tiny businesses crammed in on the McDonald’s side of Interstate 40. When I entered the store it was packed and there was a sweltering heat for inside an ice cream shop. I ordered my typical large Oreo Blizzard and for some odd reason the girl behind the counter didn’t tip my shake upside down. I thought it was because she was in a hurry due to the crowd. Well, I was wrong. My Blizzard was melted enough that it would have plopped out on to the counter. This is certainly not what I’m used to. Now I ONLY patronize the location at exit 150 on Interstate 40 in Mebane, North Carolina. Waisted 5 bucks that day. It was far to busy to wait in line once again.

Staff was very friendly and store was clean. While waiting I noticed they had many things in place as safety measure for COVID. The hand sanitizer out in the lobby is a great gesture. Enjoyed the food when I got home.

This is the only dairy queen that I have to ask for extra toppings in my blizzard since they’re stingy with the butterfinger candy. Even when paying for extra toppings, alot of times aren’t really extra which is wasting more money. I skip coming here & just go across to Culver’s. Atleast they’re cup sizes are bigger & give the perfect amount of toppings without needing to pay for extra.

This place is steadily going down hill. I know times are tough, but charging me 25¢ for a cup to put my ice cream cone in after asking for it to be in a cup in the first place…c’mon. The staff member had already given us the cup and then the manager walked over to her and told her to charge us for it. That manager’s customer service skills alone are enough to make me not go back anytime soon and that will cost the business more than 25¢.

I do food deliveries and every time I pick something up from there, the counter with the ice cream toppings is always extremely dirty. Nothing is ever covered and the containers are always sticky and have dried up toppings on the outside. I used to work at DQ and I have never seen the chill section that dirty. The fact that it is the first thing the customer sees makes it worse. I am very surprised they have a good sanitation rating because I am in there all the time and it is never clean.

We were one of 5 people in line, and a few people came after us. My mom and I ordered 3 things. We were there waiting for forty five minutes, and then noticed that the people who came AFTER us were getting their orders first. When we asked the cashier about our order, he asked the employees making the food about it, and they said they completely forgot about our order. Then they rushed to make it, but there were issues. One, my salad had a long hair in it! Two, the burger was ice cold like they had left it out for hours before serving it. Three, one of our meals had a random slice of buttered bread in it… I don’t even know how that happens. Four, the chicken meal fingers were so so tiny and overpriced. Look, I understand that sometimes fast food places get crowded.. but this was a 7pm on a Friday- not rush hour. There was NO reason to forget about us for that long, and the cleanliness issues that went along in our food. I honestly will never go here again, and their health code rating should go down.

I always order two chili cheese hotdogs and they always do their best to make sure my order is made right. The manager is very professional and polite with customers and employees. Most restaurants around here I don’t eat at any more, because they lack the quality service and food this Dairy Queen provides. I definitely will be back and am thankful for their service.
