Horrible evening! For starters the main entrance was locked making it look as the place was closed for dining and only drive through was open, till we walked to other door. As we walked in it was a mess, so dirty chairs on top of tables as if it was closed. Guy who took our order was nice but lady manager was all over the place being way to loud sayin she was happy to see everyone there, I’m guessing she didn’t expect anyone to show up. She also added that main door was closed to help her employees stay less busy,this was after new years 2023, so Jan 2nd. They she played Spanish music which I didn’t mind but I’m sure non Spanish speakers did,she played Selena. Prices were very expensive and food was not that great! No ketchup or sauce were available by drinking fountain area, had to get them from cashier. My first and last time I visit this place.

Ordered three 1/2lbs roast beef meals and a regular roast beef sandwich through the drive thru. First off, one sandwich was missing, next all three sandwiches were NOT 1/2 lbs, they came wrapped in “double” marked wraps instead of the cardboard container they usually come in, they looked like halfway between a classic and a double, thirdly, they used filler fries, half crinkle with curly fries on top that were hard and stale, and lastly the drinks were flat and warm.

Drive through was a 35 minute wait for 3 people, then when they got my order I was sent to the front of the store where the two people behind me got their food first. I then received the wrong food and no receipt and no straw…. When I called their store about it nobody answer’s and the machine says their voice mail isn’t set up. Call their cooperate office and they offer some sandwich coupons…. All of this for a Gyro that cost $20 and I got a roast beef sandwich instead.

We paid $40 for our meals and they left out one sandwich and only gave use half the fries in a medium fry cup! Totally not worth the cost. Never coming back to this place and not referring anyone else. The lady that too our order took our card, left us at the window and stood at the counter working with other customers while we waited. IT WAS UNTIL ANOTHER STAFF MEMEBER SAW US IN THE DRUVE THRU THAT HE CAME OVER TO HELP!! Horrible experience. The double roast beef was small… The worst experience with this place. DO NOT EAT HERE!
