Went to the Drive threw, ordered chicken tenders spicy, family meal, its comes with 12 piece tender, 4 Biscuit, 1 large side. All 4 Biscuit was hard tenders wasn’t spicy at all, a price of 41.56 wasn’t worth it not to get what you want, but service was great, food I was disappointed.

The worst Popeyes ever. Been going from day one to this location and putting up with the incompetent service , missing food and Disgusting food for a long time . Finally called out the manager and he’s was very incompetent had no clue of customer satisfaction. Offered nothing. The owner will be at the store tommarow and I’m looking forward to let him know the reputation of the restaurant and manager. You should be ashamed .Not a community friendly or minded business. $ 38

Terrible service. I went to the drive thru to order 2 meals. When I pulled up to pay I was told there was a 15 min wait for spicy chicken I said that’s fine. 30 mins later the manage came and said these were the last set of wings and I was lucky. Only to find out when I got home he sold me old wings that taste and look like they had been on the shelf ALL DAY!!! I live 20 mins away with a new born and when I tried calling the store no one would pick up.

I haven’t eaten here in a while, the food was horrible, tasted like it was sitting for a long time. The fries were soggy. The chicken tenders seemed like they were undercooked and they didn’t give me the $6.99 side order of Mac and cheese. My total bill was $65 . When my wife called about the missing item and quality, they said they can’t refund the card, I’d have to go there. We explained we don’t live close and its kind of out of the way for us, they said that we didn’t have to come back today but wouldn’t give us a number or name to ask for them we do go back. Horrible, id avoid at all cost, not worth the money and the quality of the food was horrible. I wasted $65 oh, and they said they’d only credit me for the missing item.

Just left this place… I realized the chicken is pink took a bite and tasted UN COOKED , none of the workers care always playing in there phones ZERO STARS even the fries taste off I try to give this place chance after chance but the chicken is uncooked time and time again

The app constantly miscommunicates and either selects the wrong location, charges for things that should be included, or outright stops functioning. Then you go inside and they either “can’t help you” or now expects you to pay more for what you want even though you were already overcharged. And ordering there is no better as the prices fluctuate constantly, you might randomly get charged for things that should be included, like even a single dipping sauce, and half the people manning the registers have problems communicating clearly.

First of all, the app barely works, as it entirely reverted completed settings last second upon order. Secondly, this location is horrible, with a Manager who will literally nickel and dime you out the A$$ because despite what you’re supposed to get, and PAID for through the app, HE says the difference is something different entirely. to add Mac and cheese to a meal is .50 cents through the app (Instead of fries), but he kept saying it was .89 cents. Showing him the app, and what it did, he just looked at the phone, looked at ME, and said “No…” Like the facts weren’t in front of him. Never going to this store again.

Popeyes in Hazlet. They tried to rip me off and then wouldn’t give me my money back. Ordered a 12 piece of tenders that the menu board said 16.99 but they charged me 24.99. When I corrected them they told me they weren’t gonna refund me because that is the price. I had to argue with them until they gave it. Then the manager made a rude remark about me fighting over 8 dollars.
