The ONLY Chinese food on staten island that I will eat owners & staff r great food is on point delivered hot & in a decent amount of time my family & freinds have been going there well we have lived around the corner from the restaurant for 24 years so for over 20 years & 2 owners place has really good food my favorite is WO – HOP Lucky Garden try it @ least once

Disgusting customer service over the phone and the food is so inconsistent it’s not worth the hassle some days you might get something good some days you might get something that makes you wish you ordered from somewhere else but on every day the customer service stinks, I had been ordering from here on and off for about 7-8 years now and in the last three years it’s been atrocious especially after quarantine sad to see the downfall of one of my childhood favorite Chinese spots

I ordered from them the other day..and i felt like as soon as i hung up from her taking my oder i get a call back saying my food is at the door im like yes that very fast but then it didn’t stop there i ordered a lot of food so imagine the bag when i got it nothing was spilled EVERYTHING was nice and neat packed in the bag… Then when i got done to the eating part I mean everything was well made and just amazing!!!! Let me just say for my first time ordering from them my $37.50 was well spent

I think the food here is great. Much better than D&B. The employees are very friendly and delivery is fast. I’m satisfied. If you like egg rolls, give their’s a try I loved it and I usually don’t go for them. The fried wontons are also awesome!

Ordered wings wontong soup and fries and spring roll ….. only thing that tasted good were the fries soup was hot colored water the wings were hacked up and looked ugly and the spring roll was soggy they simply can’t cook they fill orders but have no respect for the product or customers. I won’t order from them again garbage food in my opinion

Looking at the great reviews on google I am utterly shocked that my experience was so negative. The place I usually order from is closed today so I ordered from this restaurant because they are less than a mile away and I needed delivery. On the phone they informed me that I would have to come down to meet the driver. I live in a large gated apartment community and normally, deliveries come through the front security gate and then I buzz the person into my building and they bring it up to my door. I always tip accordingly. However, in this case, I was informed that because my order was only a 15$ order that I would have to come and get it myself. I told them to wait for me at the security gate. I was not pleased because I am injured but I was too hungry to complain. When he arrived he called me and I told him I would need a few minutes to get down because I am in pain, and he immediately had an attitude with me on the phone. I went down to the security gate and he wasnt there. I called him, and with an even greater attitude than before he informed me he was on the other side of the property at the gate THERE, so I limped over there and down a bunch of stairs. He was parked in the middle of the road and when I gave him 20$ for my 15$ purchase asked for 2$ back. I would have normally tipped 5$ but my experience was so negative and he didnt really have to do any work- I DID! He had the audacity to COMPLAIN about the tip and said “I only get 3 dollars?” That’s right! No other delivery person has EVER made me come out to them in their CAR. EVER. This is not Manhattan, it is Staten Island. The food itself is alright, but I will never be ordering from them ever again.
