Waited about 10 minutes, the kid drops my food on the ground outside and then tries to serve it to me. If they’re trained that this is an acceptable practice, I think a call to the health department is warranted.

My mother and sister and I were just at this Sonic and we were given our drinks, but it was a little mix up. The guy who gave us the drinks give mine to my mother and my mother’s to me. Honest mistake. When we called back in to the inside from the speaker at curbside and told them the mix up, the lady volunteered to come out and hear the situation face to face. After explaining the situation the lady gladly took our drinks and said she would re-do them. However, after a few minutes, another lady comes out with our same drinks we just sent in and tells us she’s the manager with an attitude and says that there isn’t anything wrong with our drinks and that they are right. She seemed as if she wanted a challenge to her seemly “right” analysis. So again, my mother explained the situation and the managers face fell into understanding, she then agreed she would re-do the drinks. When the drinks came out this time they were given in the correct order. As we left I drank about 4-5 gulps and the drink was gone. So was my mothers. They had filled the drinks with ice almost up to the brim, we never asked for that. It was seemly passive aggressive and mean. The attitude and the incompetence of this Sonic needs to be addressed. We weren’t trying to get a refund. We were just trying to get the drinks we ordered and wanted. No need for sass or haughtiness, please, consider situations and act accordingly.

I just ordered an ice tea and an ice cream cone. It took them 15 minutes to get it to me. The ice cream cone came out first and then the lady told me that they were out of chicken strips that I ordered. I told her I did not order chicken strips. I ordered a tea then she went to another car and apparently told them when she was passing by. I told her I need some napkins for my ice cream cone, then a guy came out and brought me a tea with no sweetener that was ordered no napkins and no receipt. It does not take 15 minutes to get a medium unsweet tea with two sweeteners and one ice cream cone. The service here is. I am a restaurant owner myself and sonics. Customer service has got to be the worst.

No cheese on my cheeseburger and the bun was dry. Made for a real sad and flavorless experience when I was craving a cheeseburger all day. Threw half of it away. Cherry limeade tastes like snow cone syrup. Threw 3/4 of that away. Tots are good, corn dogs are good.

After repeating #5 Chicken fried steak, sandwich only 3 times I got home with a half raw chicken sandwich that was uneatable. No place for a picture, but I will take one before I throw it away.

This has got to be the absolute worst sonic in the world. Service is slow, and horrible. It’s right by my neighborhood which is why I continued trying with this place. Three out of four times that I go the ice cream machine is broken, sometimes the wait is Over 20 minutes to receive your food. They don’t have half of the items on the menu. Customer service is trash! I’m not sure who does the hiring here but they should probably be fired themselves. And other people seem to know what’s going on and there’s usually only one person working. They don’t even offer an apology after you’ve waited for 20 minutes only to find out there is no ice cream. After they take forever they give you cold food

Served drinks only to find dead flies in them when I got home. After the ice melted I counted a total of 11 flies floating in my coat. Reported to management and corporate and never even got a response back.
