Probably the most maintained mcdonalds locations on cape. It’s always a quick experience, friendly service, never any issues, clean location, and it’s great to have a high functioning mcdonalds around because quite a few on cape need to be closed.

Ordered 2 big breakfasts..came incomplete with no home fries. Went back up to get them and got a dirty look from non English speaking girl. Stood there waiting for someone to get them. Asked the receptionist price of coffee..didn’t know. Asked for extra cream..came dark..got one when asked for more..asked for 3 more. Reluctant to get for me. Had issues many times at window..rude manager. Our visit was 8/19/23 @ 9:02 AM

I ordered 3 meals at the drive thru & when I got to the window I was given 2 out of 3 meals and 3 drinks. The cashier told me I ordered 2. Obviously there was a misunderstanding on the cashiers end but the manager had to get involved. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she had an EXTREMELY nasty attitude. She did not even try to listen to me or resolve the issue. She just shoved my receipt in my face & said nastily “THIS WHAT YOU ORDERED!” Then proceeded to tell me to get out of her line, take my food & go. Spent $25 & didn’t even get all of what I ordered. I’m Very very poor customer service. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This mcdonalds is the worst I have ever been to. I had to place my order 6 times . The person aya was talking to her boyfriend and that same kid was facetiming another employee in the back. Nobody seems to work here they always get my order wrong and they always have a problem with the rewards program. They all need to be spoken to most probably let go. You have a great rewards program but the people are just plain not trained. I am writing this since I just got home. The food was cold. I will never go to this mcdonalds again. The one in kingston seems to have there act togethe. I believe they are all owned by the same person. It was a take out but she diddn’t ask assumed I was dining in but the drive thru is worse. There are so many local places on the cape support them they care

We went through the drive through and the guy taking the order was clueless. We had to ask multiple times to add items to our order, which we were assured were added. When we got to the window, we re-verified our order, then paid. We looked at the receipt, and guess what, we were right. We were still missing the items, AND there were extra things we didn’t even order! They fixed it at the next window without really acknowledging that they made a mistake. They would have forgotten half our order on the counter if we didn’t let them know we were missing things. When we finally got home, we realized we were still missing things. The fries were cold and the food was slapped together very poorly.

You have to order your food at the kiosks as you enter. It takes a while because you have to go to each category and find what you want. After we entered what we wanted It took 15 minutes to get our food which is really a long time for McDonald’s which is usually no wait service The food was as expected.

I go to McDonald’s frequently, who doesn’t? On the evening of May 8th, I went through the drive thru where a lady ask me for my order. I told her, “Two ice cream cones, please”. Then nothing. Silence. I waited thinking she was multi-tasking and would come back and apologize, repeating my order, telling how much it came to and then what window to proceed to. But no. There was nothing I waited. I said, “Hello. Did you receive my order?” Silence. Finally she said something and I asked her if she got the two ice-cream cones ordered and she said, “Uh huh.” So I went up the the first window and didn’t have enough money ready because she didn’t tell me how much my order came to. Then at the second window they gave me a runny ice-cream in a cone and said they said the ice-cream was too runny and they would have to put the second one in a cup. I just asked for my money back. I am sorry but I am not just use to this as a frequent customer of McDonalds.

This McDonald’s location is pretty good. Food quality is consistently good & the staff is always friendly & quick. I strongly urge everyone to use the McDonald’s app on your phone to order bcuz I save at least $5 dollars every time I eat here.
