While the food was great and I would highly recommend it for that reason, the service was poor. The restaurant was slow, and this was commented on during our waiter’s intro to us. This also made it clear to see that the waiter was biased, showing attention to tables based on appearances. It took a long time just to get drinks (over 10 mins), and once we placed our order, we didn’t see the waiter again until he brought the check, and that was also quite a long time. We couldn’t order additional drinks or items, which you’d think he’d want for a better tip on a slow day. We had others bring the food and take the payment after he brought the check. Again, the venison, escargot, and other food was great, but it’s recommended that you wear luxury brands for service at this restaurant.

At the recommendation of the lady I sat next to on UA2237 flight, my family & I tried The Bistro. I enjoyed the Purple & Gold nonalcoholic beverage as well as my Brunch Burger. I ate my fries first and only made it through about half of my burger; it was quite filling. I wish I had looked through the dessert menu first, I would definitely have picked a lighter meal so I could have gotten the Creme Brulee.

We saw on a fellow dinners review that it was dog friendly When Molly (our dog) heard that she was all ready to go. The food was delicious, we had the ricotta pillows. Service for both us and our pup were perfection wish I ived closer so could visit more often. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Lauren is a pleasant start of the day here for breakfast. Friendly, courteous & attentive. Most of the staff just needs a little work. Food is good quality but for 2 days now the kitchen seems to skip the “everything” on the everything bagel with the smoked salmon breakfast. Quiche is delicious, jambalaya, biscuits & gravy are all good.
