We wanted to get food before heading to our hotel. In comes Shark’s. They have a better variety of seafood than our local franchise and were excited about trying some. We tried ordering some of the things off their menu, but they were either out or it wasn’t on their menu anymore. So we ordered different items, including drinks and paid. However, we weren’t given the bottles nor cups to get our drinks, not to mention they were out of ice. There was absolutely no further communication from the cashier after that. About 20 minutes later, we get our food and head back to the hotel room. The food is hot and tasted pretty good with the seasoning they used before bagging it up. Definitely better than Long John Silver’s for sure. Just wish the rest of the experience was positive, too.

The staff was friendly, but not very sanitary. Bathrooms were out of order or locked shut. Some of the fish was aged. There was bread, smelled soured, under the paper. Fries were okay, and the bits of fish that were fresh tasted okay. It’s obviously convenient and liked by that community because it had plenty of customers. The place could use TLC. They were generous with the hot sauce and tartar sauce

Run of the mill frozen, then fried, food. Breading came off the chicken in large sheets. Fries were inconsistently seasoned – some had a white powder (presumably parmesean cheese powder?) while others didn’t. It took nearly 20 minutes for food to be prepared. We won’t return.

Shark Fish and Chicken is comfort fried food + kind of place. I’m from out of town, first visit there. The food was hot hot and fresh, and delicious and the two mem that were on staff were friendly and attentive. My Boi Diya and the man of the friyer showed me and my bro much love.

Being from Chicago I was visiting Little Rock and saw this restaurant. A little taste of home I thought!!! So my boyfriend and I decided to go. First thing they don’t have mild sauce, the guy at the front was like the owner owns this one and one in Chicago. I’m like yeah he should know about mild sauce then. (First mistake). We went ahead and ordered because I was hungry and we have just left a tasting at another establishment. We get our food and they disappear to the back of the restaurant. As we are eating I noticed that they gave us 6 wings instead of them 10 that we ordered along with the Doritos Nachos. So we they finally came back to the back (we called them but they never came back to the front until someone pulled up to the drive thru) (Second mistake) I tell them and his response was “You tell me after you are done eating?” Well sir you never came back to the front for me to tell you. So he talks to the cook in a language we would not understand but never acknowledges the mistake. They continue to help other customers and never came back to say sorry, offer the rest of the food or a refund in the difference. I like normally like this Shark because they are very nice. But their fish and chicken size are so small now, and has a unpleasant taste. A fleshy, unhealthy taste. The prices are sky high and their store isn’t well kept. Sorry but 2 stars
