My experience at this Subway location inside Meijer’s on February 17th. Was Beyond terrible. There was no one in line. I walk up and the Employee James was cleaning the tables for about 4 minutes before he even Acknowledged me. He never stated Sir. I’ll be right with you or anything. I’m still standing at the counter ready to place my order then James finally Precedes to walk behind the counter to take my Order. Not I’m sorry for your wait or anything To acknowledge me just standing here. I placed my Order and then to add Insult to injury. A Meijer Employee came up in front of me after me waiting for 10 minutes. He stops making my order and went to Service her. I told James I was here first and she can wait. He then Precedes to say to me she’s ONLY getting a cookie. I said to James seriously after you start my order first and then take care of her like my time wasn’t important I think NOT. I then asked James for his Supervisor. She came up and I explained to her what happened. She Automatically took James side which was Unbelievable. The supervisor never service me and she cancelled my order. Poor poor customer service at this Meijer’s Subway. I would advise citizens to NOT Patronize this Location ever. And I will be reporting my Experience with corporate.

This Subway is clean and the food is good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Everything I’ve had has been fresh with the exception of a cookie (that was free, from a coupon), and the cookie was not fresh, it was hard and not that good like the normal white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are.

Worse than poor customer service — no customer service! Went in around 7:30 tonight. No one behind counter. I yelled a few times “Hello. Anyone here?” No answer. Noticed a couple of employees wearing Subway shirts hanging outside in the back of the store. Walked around and shrugged my shoulders (like what’s up). They just looked at me. No response whatsoever. Left and enjoyed great customer service at the Taco Bell across the street.

I feel that this can be a pretty hit or miss experience. The store was out of several things we wanted. The person helping us was less than thrilled to be there. To be fair, today is a holiday & I wouldn’t want to have been at work either. Food was quick and tasty though.

Horrible customer service. When I called to iron out the issues they were having filling my online order I spoke to the Manager and received nothing but excuses, attitude, and a brush off. I won’t be going back to this location. I can’t imagine how horrible the customer service must be in person, if the manager is any indication of their attitude twords their customers.

Terrible every time I go in there , over priced from 90% of the other subways that inhabit every other cornor of America . And that’s besides the point they follow it up with terrible service . Un fresh vegetables and product with a unruly staff who will gladly try to talk you out of getting fresh vegetables because of sheer laziness to cut them which she admitted to my face first hand .

They make a pretty good 6inch Sweet Chicken Teriyaki Sub however they were out of Tomatoes and the Flatbread fell apart in my hands, so im not sure what that means other than the fact that they can work on their consistency.

Horrible experience with this location. Employee would not give me my grubhub order because I didn’t have my phone. Tried to have a discussion about the reason and she refused to even talk about it other than she needs to see the order on my phone. Very awkward and unprofessional.
