Okay so this place in the past has had a bad rep, BUT with recent management changes everything has actually changed as well. I don’t usually leave reviews let alone at fast food places but trust me when I say this place needs another chance to be loved by the community!! Again in the past I’ve had so many issues my order messed up, no sauces, rude employees who just want you out, it was messy. Recently though I’ve been going the past few weeks and it’s like a whole new place. It’s staffed fully, the employees are respectful and made sure to double check and make sure you got everything sometimes extras is they are feeling frisky which is always a plus in my books! The restaurant was clean and well stocked with lids, napkins, straws. I waited maybe 5 minutes and I got fresh fries, nuggets, and cookies along with extra sauces. I am genuinely satisfied with my food and my recent experiences here!!!

Every time we go to this Burger King, we have a terrible experience!!! Today we ordered online but still waited over 10 minutes before they took our order. By the time we made it to the window, our food wasn’t even ready! As the worker handed us bags of food they recapped the contents, which was not what we ordered at all. As we began to check the bags, a standard thing most anyone would do, the worker literally yelled “Do not look in the bag or I will have to remake the food!” Clearly meaning she was too lazy to do her job. After coming home we realized the food was poorly slapped together having extra ingredients that didn’t belong or missing ingredients on our sandwiches! Maybe if we could check our food we would have discovered these issues before we got home. We have been disappointed almost every visit and will not be going back anytime soon.

The 40th and Old Cheney location consistently has issues. Closed during open hours, short staffed, never seem to get the order right. The food is decent but overpriced. We have dealt with really nice employees there, but unfortunately the “management” (?) staff left us scratching our heads. Very clearly stated our order, and distinctly specified what we wanted, knowing it could potentially be put in wrong. “Manager” did put it in wrong. We even questioned it when the order came out in one bag. “Manager” insured it was all there. We get home, and sure enough, the order was wrong. Drove back to get missing food. Same “Manager” says it was put in wrong. No apologies offered. No compensation. She just stared at us like a deer in the headlights. Then charged us full price to fix it. Asked for a receipt, but the printer was (conveniently) not working.

I thought I would take my chances and try to get a vanilla shake again but was informed that this location no longer serves ice cream. I said what drink is advertised on the menu as being vanilla, chocolate and Oreo? She says I know it still says it on the menu but our ice cream machine has been broke forever. I guess getting it fixed is not an option. I know they’re short handed because there’s now a letter on the drive thru menu letting us know that this is the reason for longer wait times so if they don’t have anyone to repair it they can’t hire someone local? Crazy!

Nice newer place, interior looks recently remodeled. Highlights include USB ports and power outlets for device charging at some tables. My only complaint is that the app isn’t as good as McDonald’s, their system of using it for coupons in the drive thru and inside is best in class. But in every other way they exceed McDonald’s, especially food, service, and decor. They even have Coke Zero, which is why I initially gave them a try, but everything else is why I’m now a loyal customer.

Sat in line for 20 mins in drive thru no one said anything to me when I pulled up so after about a minute I said hello? No answer said hello? Again and in response “got you can wait a minute we have people in front of you.” I understand if there isn’t many staff or making fresh food and having to wait, but what she said was uncalled for and so I called and instead of getting any answer after the manager “Amy” picks up I got nothing. Asked hello, she didn’t speak so I believe she put the phone down. I don’t want to be that person, but that is very unprofessional, and not manager material. I did ask if she was still there and got nothing but can hear the background noise. If you can’t stand an actual complaint from a customer about a rude employee you shouldn’t work in customer service

We ordered food to be picked up through the Burger King app. When we got there it took them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. When they finally did, they asked us what we were there for and we told them and all they said was “okay” and went back to doing god knows what. We waited another 25 minutes to go back up to the counter and our food STILL WAS NOT READY. Not happy at all.

I waited for over half an hour in line for a chicken fries and a fry, when i got to the window, I didnt even order they told me just to pull up, to which i waited another 15 minutes for a chicken fry and a fry. It was like 3 pm on a Friday and it was super slow.

Hey, tried to give you all a chance to fix the situation, but since no one has reached out to us, here goes. My wife and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches from this location and were served raw chicken. I don’t mean undercooked, I MEAN RAW!!! We informed the health department as well. The really sad part is that we reached out to the store itself and the BK corporate team. Neither one responded and it just shows the complete lack of regard this chain has for its customers.
