Terrible place. Only 2 people working. The meal size are for Lilliputians, chicken was imported from North Korea. We ordered a family meal, 12 pieces and only 2 person could eat. I felt scammed for 46 dollars

I went here without reading the reviews, shame on me! After receiving our order through the drive thru, we had to go back around for them to fix it. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich. There was some type of sauce all over the package and on the bun. We were confused because the sauce did not even belong on the sandwich. The presentation of everything was horrible. The strawberry lemonade tasted like water. Then the employee agreed to bring me a sprite to replace the strawberry lemonade, but the cup was dirty. This location really has to do better if they want to stay in business.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. I was told at the window after paying that, “we are out of our spicy sauce, and the manager is out picking up the wine sauce.” Ok, fine, give me some ranch sauce. After a long wait, I received the meal, and the fries were cold. No cheese. I recommend avoiding this location.

I rarely write reviews but I can’t pass this one up. Service was bad previously and somehow got worse. Terrible. Never order using the app. Many times I order food via app (for rewards) and pull up, only to find out they are out of chicken or fries. Happened again just now at 7:30pm. This time nobody answered the drive thru intercom after waiting 5 minutes. Pulled ahead to the window. Saw a couple workers in the restaurant but nobody came to the window. Knocked on the window. Still nobody. Finally a lady comes to the window and states, “What are you waiting on?” Told her my mobile order. A few minutes later she told me they are out of the chicken for the chicken sandwich. Told me she could swap it out for a different entree. I agreed to that but then what I assume was the manager said they can’t do that as I could take the food and cancel my order via app and get a refund. So, a VERY LONG story short, I paid for food, waited FOREVER to even talk to someone, they didn’t have the food, and wouldn’t swap out the food or give me a refund. I’m not surprised this store has a terrible review score overall. Run horribly and will go out of business due to the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Definitely won’t be going back unless they get new management.

I went to this location yesterday afternoon. When I went to drive through there was a huge line. When I got up to order I ordered the new flounder fish sandwich. The girl working drive through tells me it will be at least 6 minutes. So me understanding the challenges today said no problem I can wait. Next thing I know I waited 30 minutes in line and never got my sandwich. There was still one car still waiting at that 31 minute mark so I decided to leave with nothing. So freaking frustrating.

Waited at least 45 min in drive thru for a simple 8pc meal. Requested all dark meat and got 3 breasts part of the meal. One of which looked like it was pulled out from under the fryer…all dried out and dark brown. I didn’t get any biscuits and the coleslaw had a strange yellow tint to it. I took 1 scoop and the spoon came out stringy like it was melted cheese. Went straight into the trash. This place is disgusting.

I placed an order for take-out. I get there to pick up my order, only to be told, “we’re closed.” It was 6:45pm, then I was told to get my refund through the website. Popeyes SUCKS! There’s some type of problem EVERYTIME you go there, but it will NEVER happen to me again!

I have to say I have never in my entire life visited a restaurant that is always out of food. Always. The answer is “there will be a wait on that” If you push, usually they have the item. The person handling the drive through is consistently awful EXCEPT I finally encountered an outstanding employee. MARY!!! She did everything right and was so pleasant. The rest of the staff is pretty terrible. I am more than happy to train their employees, I am in HR. It is not that hard. Thank you MARY for your excellent service. Even though you are new to Popeye’s perhaps you should train?

Here’s me looking at all the bad reviews while I wait in line at Culver’s. These poor people have no idea the bad service they are about to recieve. Ashame because I honestly love popeyes but the service is soooo bad at this location. I would eat here atleast twice a week if it was better. Oh well, they will figure it out when they go out of buisness.
