We used to LOVE it here; however, we just went tonight, and, when we asked for large on our meals, we were told that “large” no longer exists (the large milkshake is the only reason I ever went there). We settled for and were rung up for mediums, and we got what’s shown in the picture (note the SMALL milkshake). When I asked for a medium at the window, I was told that that’s the only milkshake size available.

For starters the lady was very rude when handing us our food. I ordered a wrap and when I opened it it was completely ripped in half to where you couldn’t even pick up to eat it. Additionally the second wrap I had ordered I requested no sauce and they still soaked it with honey mustard. Needless to say I will never be returning my money is obviously wanted elsewhere…

I attempted to do an online order for some sandwiches and a couple milkshakes. They called me when the order came through and said that the milkshake machine was out of order and I could request a refund through the app. That was 4 days ago, I never got any of my order and I am still waiting for a response about a refund. I don’t blame this location for the delay in the refund, I do wish there was a way that if their machine is down they could update the app so no one has to go through this mess.
