After visiting the Subway on Cartwright several times recently, this location is a fresh breath of air and worth the drive further for us. This location displayed a great level of service and the staff was knowledgeable in what they were doing. They had all the sub toppings we needed and looked fresh. Service so slow you’ll freak. The manager was using one of the tables for her office. She didn’t even look at me when i walked in and stood there. Then i waited for about 5 minutes and there was no one serving customers. Finally, one lady came out from the back and began speaking to the manager, but no one ever greeted me or served me, or took my money, or the customer in front of me who had already been waiting a few minutes. The lazy manager has a pretty terrible attitude if you ask me, so it kind of makes me not want to go back. It was a waste of my time even coming here when we have other places to be. Some people work for a living instead of just ignoring the customers.

Took meat off the slicer that had been sliced a long time ago and had not been refrigerated! The food is gross now it was better 3 years ago the white bread is never available! It looks like a place that is about to close forever and maybe it’s time for that! The lettuce was brown and most of the vegetables where missing

Horrible customer service in fact the worse service I have had by far in my 58 years if life. I enter the restaurant behind a couple with a small child. 2 teenagers were behind the counter and there was one customer sitting at a table. The went to help the couple the girl asked me what I wanted. I said you don’t want to help first family would of been smarter and usually how they do it. Just as I start to order a woman comes in to pick up a call in order. And was annoyed it hadn’t been started I told the girl to go ahead and make hers she said no its OK. I was ordering 2 meatball footlongs. The call in woman kept interrupting her she goes to toast the sandwich I said cam you toast them together she said no she does one at a time. Which was annoying they always toast them together but ok instead of starting 2nd sandwich she now decides to make the call in order which meant the first sandwich was getting cold. She start the call in order and realizing they are missing something and the lady has to make a call.then they needed to slice up something she starts to go yo the back and returned putting the call in order aside half way done and starts my second sandwich as she put in to toast she starts to unwrap my 1st one and opens the microwave. I said don’t microwave my sandwich. It makes the bread rubbery. She wraps them up and bagged them. She rang me up the debut reader went out. It comes back on and the register froze.. she gets it working and then decides she had to pull the 40 bucks from people before me and drop it first. It took 45 minutes to get my order and leave. They called the manager when the debit reader went down. The boy told her to and said she was suppose to be there. She should of never left 2 untrained teenagers to run the store. As a parent I find it very dangerous to leave those kids alone. I have stopped in this store a couple times since I work close by. Usually they are out of items I want or only have flat bread or wheat. Finally have the Bread and meatballs I wanted and the service so horrible and aggravating it ruined the take out experience. It was my day and was getting take out so I could relax and enjoy not having to cook. But being so annoyed and aggravated only to end up with cold food just ruined the meal. That manager should be retrained and not allowed to manage teenagers whose safety was not considered. If the wrong person got service like that things could be bad. I only gave 1 star to comment but minus 5 would be truth

Store was closed at 1045 even though sign said open at nine. Lady came out and said they were delayed for training purposes but had no sign up to let anyone know.

What size sandwich is this? Half a kids sandwich? I asked if that was how they normally served it and all 3 clueless teenagers said yes. To top it off only 1 slice of meat? Subway is a favorite in our house and we have been to numerous different locations. Even my 4 year old daughter commented on the size of the sandwich being small. I took the photo of it next to a piece of spinach from the sandwich…they are basically the same size. I can say I won’t be going back to this location.

I ordered Online, 10 min before my order was supposed to be ready they called to tell me they didnt have anything I choose available. She mentioned not having sweet tea also I told her that was okay I would get someting else, call ended. I get to the store they dont have any fountain drinks, or drinks in the fridge and they refused to give me my money back for the drink I did not get.
