My expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised! I was not in the mood for a whole pizza, which is what I normally order but since it’s Friday I didn’t really want leftovers to carry over to Saturday. While perusing over the app I found a special for a personal pizza with soda for under $8, perfect! I placed the order and in less than 20 minutes, lunch was ready.

I ordered the ultra stuffed crust and my pizza was heavily undercooked, the slices literally just flopped over and the dough was clearly still raw in some parts. Utterly disappointing I had high hopes and really hope I don’t get sick from the two slices I could bare to eat.

BEWARE: the quality here is the absolute worst you’ll experience and the management at this franchise exercises a strict NO-REFUND policy. The only recourse you have is to accept a voucher/gift card for more SOGGY pizza. If you’re a fan of getting sick and scammed at the same time, this is your store.

WARNING ⚠️ I got food poisoning because the pizza was so undercooked despite trying to microwave it. I returned a couple days later with the partially eaten pizza to ask for a refund. All they can do is replace it? I used to manage a restaurant and I’m sorry but I’m not going to accept food from a place made me sick. This place is dirty. I almost didn’t even pay for my pizza and canceled my order when I showed up there. I regret it. The manager on duty who’s also incredibly rude.

Their pizzas are worthy for the price. Always tastes good. I called in advance to pick up quickly. And when I got there, it was ready. But the lady was almost forgot to give me the drinks. But I remembered. I took a menu picture only but she said I am not allowed. I needed the menu, though. And she was a little angry and told me to look up the website. Smart lady. Sorry for the picture.

I’ve been trying to get my GF to try papa John’s and she finally caved on Sunday (she’s loyal to another popular chain). Man did it disappoint. I got a large half pepperoni and pineapple half sausage. The pineapple was cold and just heavily lumped together and the entire pizza was super floppy and soggy. I ordered the stuffed crust and it felt like they just shoved a cold piece of string cheese in it. She got a thin crust jalapeño and onion and she also was very dissatisfied. It seems as tho half of her pizza was cooked and the other half including the toppings wasn’t. I walked in to pick up the order and it seems unorganized and that they were almost annoyed I ordered a pizza at dinner time on a Sunday. Their app is also not very user friendly, we will definitely not be back.

This location is pretty inconsistent. The pizza is usually a little overdone, sometimes burnt. If you order garlic knots or jalapeño poppers, they will be burnt to a crisp. I have had pizzas that were not done cooking and I’ve had pizzas that were beyond burnt. There is a serious lack of quality control at this location.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered 1/2 all meat and 1/2 ham and pineapple. Obviously someone’s math is off. Can’t send a picture but have one. 1/3 all meat and 2/3 ham & pineapple. And now that I’m eating my “1/2” I can’t find any ham in my pineapple and ham. Seriously going to look into other options.
