Wow. This place is disgusting ! The food is Wendy’s standard. No issues there. But the inside is GROSS! It’s so unclean. At 11 am this morning there wasn’t a single clean table inside. The freestyle soda machine was COVERED in red stains and out of anything with syrup. The condiment station was soaking wet, and filthy.

I respect honesty and have a lot more grace when people are upfront. The gentlemen let me know they have many orders and it would be a wait. He wasn’t rude or nasty, so I waited. When we got the order it was incorrect, but again the staff working hard were still polite and nice when I took my food back, and fixed it no fuss no attitude. If I didn’t have to go back I would have done 5 stars. The triple Dave sure does look tasty though. Good attitude is best in customer service thank you

Went yesterday, March 8th at 1 pm. Voice on the outside order box went from emotionless to get out of the way and I will tell you how much it is when you get to window. Then I want exact change. I got to the window and talked to a different person who not only wants exact coins but also wants exact paper too because her manager told her to say that. I start looking for a dollar and correct coins. Well, now I’m taking too long and exact change in not needed. I finally get my cold food and warm drinks. Fine. Whatever. Only got half my order anyway. No straws, missing kids meal drink. Have to ask for 2 measly napkins for 3 people, and a toddler. I actually expect all this from Wendy’s. It was the fries that bothered me. This is what’s considered a large.

This Wendy’s was horrible. First it took 30 minutes for 4 cars to get through the drive thru. I had enough time to go inside to use the restroom and when i came back out only 1 vehicle moved. As I walked inside, the staff were too busy horseplaying. When we finally got our order placed and got pur food it was cold. We asked for a receipt for travel expense purposes and the girl at the window acted surprised we wanted a receipt. After about 5 minutes she came back and said the receipt won’t print. If you come to this area stay away from this Wendy’s because the young Staff are too busy playing.

Food was okay, but it took me almost 30 minutes to have my order taken. I was standing at the register and waited 15 minutes between the previous person and my order being taken. absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant was clean, sodas taste off (could be low on carbonated water or syrup), food is okay, but it just takes way to long for “fast food”.

Lines are atrocious here. Service is sooo slow, you would seriously think it’s everyone’s first day on the job. I’ve gotten out of the drive through line on atleast 2 occasions. Expect to sit for a while in line. Not fast, not friendly.

I ordered a spicy asiago chicken sandwich and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich through the drive thru. I asked for no tomatoes or lettuce on the asiago. On my receipt they got everything right. Once I got home, I saw that the asiago was ice cold, with wilted lettuce, a soggy tomato, and day old crumbs of burnt bacon on it. The ghost pepper sandwich had bacon on it which is not included, and was a bad surprise as I do not eat pork!

Ordered through door dash and hr before closing. Store accepted order and payment then shut store down before completing my order. Fast forward a few days I order even earlier, this time I pay extra for ghost pepper fries that they glad take payment for, they proceed to rob me by not adding the seasoning. They did this purposely because the regular fries I got were in the special container. They got away with charging me more than they do a large fry and gave me less than a med, plus no seasoning. Slow and rude. I know they must be short staffed but I asked if they had any breakfast deals and she said NOPE! I ordered something anyway after being rushed from looking at their menu to the second window to order and then she gave me my order with no receipt. I didn’t even get a chance after she slammed the window and never came back. I’ve been a busy server and a smile and giving appreciation for any inconveniences goes a long way! Location will be the ONLY reason for me returning.
