I have never been so angry with fast food service. I placed an order at 12:09 pm for lunch. The order didn’t say out for delivery until 12:55!!!!! When I called the restaurant at 1:42pm for the status of my order, the man in the background said “I delivered that a long time ago” I did not get a notification that food was delivered, as I have the jimmy tracker on the app. It was sitting at the back door for 47 mins!! It was so soggy. I called the store to resolve the issue and spoke with Heather who was so unbelievably rude. She declined my refund request. When I said I am going to write a review She said it was fine & to go ahead. She said I could speak with her general manager Michaela in 30 mins. 40 mins pass & I call and speak with Rebecca who said Micheala is busy. I explained to Rebecca how unsatisfied I was & requested a refund. She said no. I requested to speak with Micheala and she said she’s dealing with another issue and is unavailable. Rebecca said “you can try to call back at 8pm tonight when we aren’t so busy, Micheala still has to do inventory today” I order from Jimmy John’s almost every week at my house, I never will again. The disrespect & lack of sympathy is concerning. I did not once receive an apology until I told Rebecca I would write a review. They were all helpless. I usually never write reviews or complain but this is so disgraceful. My coworker and I didn’t even eat our food. It was sopping wet from how soggy it was. Rebecca also complained “we are short staff and i only have 2 drivers” …in that case don’t make deliveries an option. Most importantly, don’t argue with the customer and create excuses and withhold them from their right to a refund and do so in such a rude manner. I’m so disgusted by the lack of service, truly they are stealing from the customer. They couldnt resolve my issue at the store so I had to resort to reaching out to corporate from their lack of concern. Do better.

I called at 11:00am to order lunch for myself and coworker I asked for it to be delivered by 1130 so it would be here in time for our lunch break. We’ve had issues ordering from Jimmy John’s in the past, but wanted to give him another shot. They told us previously to just let them know what time we expected it to be delivered by and they would make sure that I got here. However, I had to come multiple times to see where my order was nobody could give me a solid answer. I was told it was on its way. Then someone called me back and told me it was dropped off at another location finally when my order got here one hour after the time I ordered it 12:00 my ice was completely melted. My drink seem to have been possibly drinking out of as my cup was not full the driver seemed to be high and didn’t even say sorry myself and my coworkers will no longer be ordering from here

Was so excited to find a JJ here as it was our favorite place to order in TN. Placed 2 orders in one week and not a thing was correct. I mean how much trouble is it to cut the sandwiches in half? Especially since you offer that selection. Asked to leave off some stuff. Not correct either. Pickle slices. Nope, here’s the whole pickle. It’s kind of crazy how little attention is paid to the actual order. I guess some locations just take more pride. Won’t be ordering from this one again. The delivery time is a joke.

Two slices of roast beef on the Big John. I ordered it without cheese. Stingy. Publix has much better sandwiches. I’m disappointed by the amount of meat, and no other option other than provolone cheese. Cheddar would have been better. The service is excellent here.
