I placed a mobile order and I put all the condiments that I wanted so it was clear for when I come to pick up. The order also had 2 drinks and a beverage bucket. I came to pick up food and saw that there was no sauces, no utensils, and no napkins for the family meal… and I had to go inside to let them know that I was missing a drink and a beverage bucket and sauces.

This place is absolutely the worst kfc in orange county! I ordered a large order thru the app and 2 of the items were 3 piece chicken boxes. Both were supposed to be 2 breast and a wing but only one of them had that chicken. The other box had 3 drums and a wing. They tried to tell me I ordered 1 with 2 thighs and a wing but didn’t have thighs. I told them they were incorrect and they proceeded to get very rude and say that there was no way they were going to replace the chicken with the breast since they had no thighs, even though the meals were the exact same price. They did end up saying they would give us the thighs which we got later. Also the fries were hard as a rock. We called corporate and the refunded the things that were wrong and said that they always get complaints about this location.

Ordered through the KFC mobile app, store manager refused to hand me the food without an ID. He doesn’t care I have my phone with the order confirmation # and my name on it. Literally paid $$ to get yelled at by the manager and leave with no food…

If I could give zero stars I would, I came in delivering for a delivery app service and I was never greeted. I waited 10 minutes as per usual, and I was never even acknowledged. Both team members were obviously busy but they could have said hi welcome in, or are you ordering or picking up? Nothing. Not only is this a trashy store it was a trash experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son is homeless in California. He just started a great new job and because he’s not yet gotten paid he called and asked me to get him something to eat on his lunch break. I ordered him a meal through the app, received my receipt and confirmation email. He rode his bike from work to pick up his order but the cashier told him they didn’t get the order and was quite rude to him. He has a very kind heart and wanted to let it go but I called and asked to speak to the manager. Some guy gets on the phone claiming to be the manager but refused to give me his name or the name of his regional manager and told me there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to find out any contact information on my own. He was very rude, unhelpful and condescending. My son went back to work without anything to eat until later that night when he got off work and could pick up food from McDonald’s I ordered for him. As long as I live I will never do business with ANY kfc.

I got a chicken Little the bread was rock hard and the chicken was like trying to eat a rock. The people were nice but the food was awful. Go across the street to Carl’s Jr the Western Bacon Cheese burger is really good.

I was there about 30 mins ago went through the drive thru ordered my food chicken was rock hard plus I ordered a 3 piece tender on the side it felt like it wasn’t cooked right felt kinda raw I called them asking for my money back they said I couldn’t get it unless I show up in person and bring the food back very unprofessional horrible service and to make it worse no receipt was givin to me first time there definitely not going back . Anyone reading this do not go this location no wonder they have a 3.6 rating that’s horrible.
