I hate to tell y’all this is the best Taco Bell because you’ll probably screw it up for the rest of us. It’s always really good here. Seems slow, but the order is correct, portions are right and never any errors. Always greeted calmly and professionally. I really appreciate this Taco Bell Location. A solid four out of five stars. I’m actually never had an issue at this Taco Bell and the food is always on point. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes to receive my food at this restaurant. If you’re cruising down 98 and feeling like some Taco Bell this should be the stop.

No customer service. Get left at the counter for 20 minutes.. the. They tell you to make you own order on the Kiosk. No customer service.. do it all you self if you can figure it out. I didn’t go here to be a worker and make orders. I expect service then I eat. Same price but you do the work.. how about I just make the tacos too.

Malachi C. Needs to be removed from working the drive-thru & could most definitely use more menu training. Our experience was absolutely dreadful this afternoon. Not a single item ordered was made correctly, $32 for a sack of wasted food. Do better Taco Bell.

I hate the fact that I have to write this review.. I work in customer service and I understand for the most part what we go through and have to put up with… but this just doesn’t sit right with me.. we ordered through the drive thru and the girls had an ugly attitude, we just got here from Texas on vacation so we’re really tired but we were still very patient with them. I parked and took everything out and noticed we were missing 4 items and our receipt was not in the bag. We drove to the window again and told them through the speaker what we were missing and with a nasty attitude they said to move forward. We got to the window and they were just talking to each other giving us nasty looks, and they finally gave us our food I asked if I could have my receipt and they rolled their eyes and yelled “SHE WANT THE RECEIPT TOO” . I told them not to worry about the receipt but if we could have some more sauces they just said “oh we don’t have no more” and rolled their eyes again, we are so tired to deal with this so we just drove off. This is unacceptable, and they really need to fix their attitude or find another job that doesn’t involve dealing with people….

If I could give this place a -10, I would. The management is awful. The worst I have ever seen in fast food, and I have seen bad. I watched a manager pick up food that fell on the ground and place it back in a to go bag, then hand it to a customer. Their doors are constantly locked, offering only drive-through. When you walk up to the door employees just sitting around eating in the dining room staring at you like” ha ha sorry” no explanation as to why the dining rooms always closed. But it’s definitely for their convenience, not yours. The drive thru line is SLOW! (Probably bc all their employees are in the dining room socializing and stuffing their own faces) They run out of necessities such as cheese, lettuce, beef, you name it, THEY DONT HAVE IT. The staff is SOOOO rude! all in all… The entire experience is just hands-down awful and gross. It’s as if you handed a restaurant to a 3 year old and said, you take care of it. Everyone acts like they hate their job. This is not a one time experience review, this is over the course of a couple years review. Whoever the GM is over this region needs to send help!

The cashier tells me I have to order from the kiosk so I place my order. After I place my order they tell me they don’t have Doritos loco tacos so they gave me regular tacos. I asked for tacos with no lettuce. They give me tacos with lettuce. Asked for taco sauce and they tell me they are out of taco sauce.

Nachos bell grande no tomatoes. Food was hot and everything was there. The workers wanted everyone to use the kiosk even the boys paying cash… Picked dine in they gave us our food to go.

Eat somewhere else, save your money. Sloppiest burritos and tacos I’ve ever had. Burritos weren’t even closed, open at both ends. Customer service sucks as well.
