Very bad service. I placed an order, paid for my order, when I waited and didn’t get my food. I asked for my order, they said it was made and was mistakenly giving to someone else, and they are not remaking it because it will go against their inventory. The worst part is, they refused to give me a refund. The situation was getting out of control, so I had to leave the store without my food or my refund. Now I have to figure out how to get my back.

Very bad service, the cashier thought that I worked for a delivery company and thought that I was waiting for an order, I just wanted to buy a French fries, she asked me for my name and I did not understand why she was asking for my name, with a unprofessional attitude, I told her, I am not looking for a food order, I am a client who wants to buy a meal, the very aggressive employee asked her why she was upset and she answered me worse, YOU SHOULD NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE EDUCATION WITH THE CLIENT . I canceled my order because there was no apology from the manager. The employee did not call attention to her behavior either.

I came for dine in, needed restroom before I eat to clean my hands and refresh myself, lady on the kitchen told me someone took bathroom’s keys, both men and ladys, 5 min after, right in my face and employee open restroom with his key and went inside, what a horrible and disrespectful customer service, they don’t want to do their job, I understand cleaning bathrooms may not be the nicest things, but customer has the right to use it specifically if you are serving food, maybe corporate should reconsider the performance of this employee

Ordered online ahead of time. Came in and had to wait on three people from a different group of people that walked in because they (the patrons) were being rude and impatient. My food sat on the shelf the entire time while I waited for THEIR food to be done so they didn’t complain when I got mine. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. It said 13-18 minutes and I waited about 40 because they didn’t want to hear them complain. I also had to go back in to ask for my drinks, and then remind the FOH personnel what my drinks were three times. The food is good but the location and professionalism is underneath the barrel.
