Went at night time and prepaid an oder off the app. I was informed that they weren’t able to make my oder. I canceled my order on the app and ordered something else. After I saw my order was still charged on the app I called the customer support on the app. I was told that they couldn’t refund me the money but would have to contact the franchise. The store wrote back to me and offered no solution or reimbursement but instead told me they were sorry about what had happened.

There at 2:30 in a Saturday – not busy at all. Tables all dirty. Three full meals for adults; they don’t give us any napkins and don’t ask if we need ketchup. Soda not filled to the top. Plenty of other fast food places to go to next time.
