Don’t bother trying to find a table number and waiting for your meal to be served because they simply won’t serve you. You could wait for hours, and no one would care. I don’t know what’s wrong with this particular McDonald’s branch, but they’re just strange. I couldn’t understand the woman at the counter and what she was saying. The ordering machines never provide a receipt; sometimes they give you a blank one. When you inform them that you’ve been waiting for a long time at your table, the lady asks you to show her the receipt. You explain that you ordered from that touch screen, but it didn’t give you a receipt. I’ll try to find another McDonald’s, even if it’s far away, just to have a normal experience. By the way, the employees never smile. I miss the old-fashioned McDonald’s.

Well located and we’ll maintained.. some of the staff were slow and had to order items several times before we received our order. Horrible customer service. They missed up my order and I even talk to the manager and she told me to go back in the line and reorder. Guess what I needed only one mcchicken. She made me wait for 30 mins in a drive through line only for a mcchiken that they missed while taking my order. The worst part is that I had 4 kids with me and 3 of them had food and one had to wait for 30 mins to get his food.

If I could give 0 stars i would but I ordered from doordash and I’m 5 miles away in a seni truck with an oversize load and they wouldn’t deliver 5 miles away so I went to bed hungry no food or anything due to ignorant lazy people and no money now since order got canceled and they don’t refund your money for 7-10 business days so thank you for showing why truck drivers need to quit delivering products to your place of business
