First off this place is garbage. No one seems to know what they’re supposed to be doing. Burgers are under cooked. It takes 20 min for 6 freaking nuggets. I hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to me. I’ll be making the drive to Paris. Rather than go here.

I ordered the oatmeal and when I got it, it was thick and dry and instead of giving me the diced apples and cranberry raisin blend pack they gave me a pack of sliced apples for the oatmeal. Drive thru is always slow and they are usually out of dt coke. There computers tend to go down a lot and you have to pay with cash or go elsewhere.

Well… it’s McDonald’s. They accidentally gave away our food to someone else so we had to wait for them to remake it all again, but the chicken nuggets and fries were very freshly made and good as always. And the staff was very apologetic and nice.

The service was horrible!!! I waited at the drive thru for about half an hr to pick up my mobile order and all they did was look at us thru the drive thru and play on their phones while making themselves a drink and talking amongst themselves when we asked for a refund the girl laughed like it was a joke and shut the door saying she would go get the manager. I went back to the vehicle and waited another 10 minutes for the manager and she never showed so we drove off with no refund and no food. The least they could’ve done was say something to us instead of acting like we weren’t there I’m thinking cooperate will be receiving a call today !

The food itself was hot and what I ordered; however, they stated they could not add ranch to my sandwich (despite having another sandwich currently on the menu with ranch) and it would have to be on the side. Then, the requested ranch and the dipping sauce for the fries were not in the bag. After I asked for them again, the second sauce was incorrect.

Probably the worst manager I’ve encountered. Ordered a Mc crispy and when I got it, it was a pc of burnt meat between 2pcs of bread, no spread no vegs, I was told to bring it back, I waited about 5 minutes for my refund from the mgr while she took more customers, a whole baseball team to order, so I left them with a sorry sandwich and my sentiments and no refund. I rate it .5 and won’t be back!!!!! They can cram it!

Honestly I don’t even know where to start! Pay for food of the mobile app and waited 50 minutes for a order and didn’t even get a person to the window to tell us what’s going on. Asked well if we ain’t getting our food can I get my money back starts laughing and walking off saying I’ll get my manager I then wait another 10 minutes and nobody comes to talk to me so idk but I’m tired of Hugo McDonald’s being the way it is.

Worst McDonald’s on the face of this planet in my 15 years of working as a store manager for McDonald’s in California I’ve never come across a McDonald’s run so poorly this staff doesn’t have a clue what QSC&V mean I am guessing the owner operator doesn’t care either other wise he would have corrected this on going problem by hiring a manager who take pride in his/her job its away something with this McDonald’s wrong order, not putting lettuce on big Mac ,you name it , it happens at this McDonald’s if bad !
