I live in hilliard and I will never be going back to Five.5 Grill. I was served salt with a side of major attitude. My order was so salty I could not eat it (gator and onion rings). The lady who was offering me to replace my meal acted like it was just me saying “they don’t add salt” she was implying I just don’t like salty foods. I love onion rings and it’s sad when a place like Wendy’s can serve better onion rings. I eat the blooming onion every time I go to Texas Roadhouse. Their’s are never too salty to eat. This lady acted like I was incompetent for simply saying it was too salty. I was not rude about it but I spent nearly $20 on something I couldn’t eat. A waste of my money and time. The next day I had it replaced with steak tips to which I did not eat either because I watched the lady enter the kitchen and pull down her face mask. She sounded sick and watching them violate so many kitchen safe rules disgusted me to the point I lost my appetite. My sister got a milkshake on and the woman scooping was not wearing gloves and she was sniffling. It seems like half the staff working were sick. In horror, I made sure to take pictures. I hope the entire place gets a clean wipe of employees and I hope a code enforcer makes an unexpected visit to them.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. the manager was completely rude. I ordered the catfish, which smelled like a chicken coop and tasted worse. when I went to pay, she wouldn’t take it off the bill and pretended like the food was fine and it wasn’t. it wasn’t until I had to raise my voice to explain I sent it back and didn’t eat it she took it off and made it seem like it was my fault. the owner needs to do something about his manager.

Last experience was terrible. Granted I had a large group but when I called ahead the young lady didn’t want to help me in any way. Then when I got there and tried to let her know we were there it turned into a 1-1 1/2 hour wait to be seated. Then once we sat down we were told 1 hr before we got our food. We decided to get up and leave. Any other experience was great but this last time was terrible.

Great food, friendly and very efficient service staff and excellent prices! We highly recommend for down-home cooking! My husband got the fish dinner and it was 2 large portions and delicious. I got chicken tips with mushrooms and gravy with a side of homemade mashed potatoes and broccoli! It was the perfect size, served hot and delicious!

We recently visited Five.5 for lunch and found the people and environment to be great. The appetizer portion was huge and could have easily fed 4 to 6 people. Our meals came quickly and were delicious. Once we finished we wished we had saved room for the banana split.

I ordered a meal last night. Picked it up and drove home only to be disappointed. I ordered Sirloin Tips with ONIONS and mushrooms. Not ONLY did I have very, very few tips, they forgot my onions. Plus, the gravy had leaked all in the bag. Definitely was not worth the $15 I spent. It was upcharge bc I chose fried mushrooms for a side. I was ok with that part bc their app clearly stated there was one. Love the people that work there, but don’t know when the next time I will go back. Makes me sad bc it’s such a nice place and close to my house.
